It was a great experince and the manager was really helpful in setting up a bigger table since we had two more people. The food was great too!
El lugar súper lindo y la comida muy buena. El host muy amable, pero nuestra mesera no fue muy atenta, no nos atendió correctamente.
We are so glad we tried the hot chocolate it was delicious. The $30 for each hot chocolate was a little excessive. Would love to go back for the hot chocolate but not for $30.
Truly a disappointing experience. My partner and I came in to celebrate a valentines dinner but from the get go it was unpleasant. As we got there we had to wait around 20 mins just to check in for our reservation. The host did not even acknowledge us, looked past us and eventually had us checked in. They then found us a table and it took another 30 mins to get someone to come to our table to take an order. We had to repeatedly flag down staff just to get basics- water etc. We eventually did not even order and left. We were there for around 45 mins and all we we served was water. Extremely abhorrent and disappointing to see and experience this from a reputable business. We have been to Remedy in the past and had a great experience. We get it that it's a busy night but this is not the way to treat guests. Truly ruined the experience.
Terrible experience overall. Food was mediocre at best and service left much to be desired.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience at Remedy in Vail. The food was excellent. I had the Wagyu burger, my wife ordered the scallops, and we also tried the crab cake, which was fantastic. Our other two kids had the chicken tenders and loved them. The service really stood out. Even though it was very busy during Presidents' Day / Valentine's Day weekend, the staff was attentive, friendly, and never made us feel rushed. They took great care of our family of five, including a toddler, which is not always easy. Everything from the food to the service was top-notch. We'll definitely be back
This is just a fun place with a nice vibe. Food is always great and service is also wonderful! The hot chocolate is always a cool experience and tasty.
The food and drinks were great—especially the hot chocolate—but the service fell short. Our server forgot my sweet potato fries and we weren't given plates until halfway through eating. The experience could have been much better with more attentive service.
OVER-RATED! So many better places in Vail than this; go elsewhere. Four seasons mailing this one in on reputation. Over priced, pompous attitude and highly average fried bar food level menu. Just too many misses tp give this anything other than will never be back rating.
We went there for the famous hot chocolate. It was delicious but very overpriced. They recommend you don't share but we found it a bit overwhelming drinking one by ourselves and felt like we should've shared especially for $30 a cup. The space was beautiful but I would not return and prefer to go to another small hot chocolate shop for a similar experience.

Such a great experience with beautiful views and delicious. The staff is very accommodating and I didn't feel rushed although I was a party of one at a table that could seat 6 and they were busy! Will definitely be back. Get the hot chocolate!
We came to The Remedy for a nice dinner and their famous haute chocolate—and it did not disappoint. The chocolate was the highlight of the night. We ordered several dinner items; the food was flavorful and tasty, though not the best we've had. Service was good—pleasant without being over the top. The ambiance was calm and respectful, not too noisy, with nice views outside. Overall, a lovely evening. We will definitely return for their signature drink!
We went there for the hot chocolate and we were not disappointed. Very rich and decadent. The service was excellent. It was a great experience.
I am actually speechless how bad our dinner was. While the staff was nice enough, they were fairly disheveled. Shocking for the Four Seasons. It easily took us 15 mins to even order a cocktail. They were out, PUT of Sancerre. Please tell me how a resort of this caliber could be out of its wine by the glass the week of Xmas! The “jumbo” shrimp appetizer were hardly even large. Maybe they were medium on their best day. The hummus was delicious, the crudite an crackers “presented” with the medium Bowl of hummus were five pieces of celery and five carrots tossed on a much too large plate. Then the five grocery store crackers were tossed on their own plate. The ahi poke bowl was ok. The burger was very undercooked, which means COLD, but high we brought to the servers attention. She then shared that they aren't allowed to question the kitchen. WHAT??? Bottom line, don't waste or money or time!!!
This restaurant and Haught Chocolate was overhyped and overpriced. The experience was just "meh" for me. I had made reservations a week in advance to sit in the outdoor seating but when the hostess seated us, she put us inside. When I asked to sit outside, her response was that it was first come first served and there were no tables available outside... Well.. We had actually showed up an hour early by mistake so we were there early and already waiting. After seating us, she proceeds to seat another group, that just walked in, at an outside open table...🤬 Anywho... The Haught Chocolate was luke warm, messy, and we didn't even finish it. The hot chocolate from the Sleigh ride we had the day before actually tasted better 🙄😤 $30 for a cup of hot chocolate? Get a margarita instead! #Expensiveexperience #thumbsdown
