You can’t make this up. Pizza place that couldn’t serve us because they ran out of dough. Then we asked if we could get a meatball sub and they said they can’t do that either. They were disinterested and uncaring. Wow. 😞

Pretty average place… Service was incredibly slow, and the food I got (I know I did not make the right choices), was average. They say add chicken to any soup or salad, but waiters are perplexed when actually asked for that request. My party had a great time, but I would not come back.

The pizza was perfect! The crust was incredible and the toppings were great. The Super Pepperoni was the best Pepperoni ver.

Paid for an 18 inch large, got home with a large box noticed the pie had wrong additional toppings and was poorly made and had limited cheese. Called shop and spoke with what I believed was the guy who got me the pie and took my payment. Told him of the situation and asked if I could bring it back and he said to my shock, simply no. Asked if he wouls give a refund, same simple no. Then asked how big a large was supposed to be, and after he confirmed 18 inches, asked if he would be willing to look at a pic of the pizza he wouldn't remake and wouldn't refund that was barely over 16 inches at its widest point. Told me pies shrink when baked....reminds me of those places where the servers and hostesses insult and berate their customers to comedic effect only here it was insulting. Never again.

Awful techno music was blaring and it was a beautiful day out and we all wanted to enjoy the mountain air. Not on this persons account. The bartender had to ask her permission before he would allow us to sit outside. She said no tables have been bused since 3 pm (it was 7:00 pm). The Bartender spoke on her behalf and let us know we could not sit outside due to no tables being bussed. There were vacant tables and I offered to bus a table myself. He went and asked if I could bus a table he couldn’t talk without her permission. She came storming over and said no. He refused to give me her name so I took a photo to share with the owners. We left and went to Joey’s pizza where we can sit outside.
I loved the Spring pizza with a side salad. $15.62 for lunch.

First place we ate at when we got to Vail while waiting to check into our hotel (the Arrabelle). Location was very convenient. Went for lunch, service was great, our waitress was awesome. Pizza was pretty good but toppings seemed a little skimpy. Artichoke dip was not too bad but would have preferred a soft bread or chips to dip into it. But still good!

We waited over 40 minutes and still didn't receive our pizza. The kids' food was overcooked and dry. The restaurant wasn't full, but the waiters complained it was too crowded. A slice of pizza we didn't order was added to our bill, but luckily we noticed and cancelled. We left hungry and disheartened.
