We enjoyed a wonderful feast at Elway’s. We started with a tasty mezcal old fashioned and delicious oysters. Being from New England we can be picky and these didn’t disappoint. The champagne mignonette was a nice compliment. Of course the sourdough boule was hard to resist. Highly recommend the onion soup as well. Elway’s Steakhouse absolutely blew me away. Hands down the best steak I’ve ever had. I ordered the bone-in ribeye and it will change your life. Perfectly cooked, incredible flavor, and truly unforgettable. Chef Victor is phenomenal. You can taste the care and craftsmanship in every detail, from the perfectly balanced dressings to the sauces he makes entirely in house.
