We can’t recommend this unique Vail dining experience highly enough! We had always suspected that Game Creek was a “tourist” restaurant and had not made it a priority. Boy were we wrong! We made reservations a bIt in advance of our trip and fortunately we were able to dine here on our first night of vacation. We arrived at the Eagle Baun Gondola well ahead of our 8:30 reservation. There is a person that you check in with and receive a lush blanket for the gondola ride up....
We had a birthday dinner here on NYE and it was very expensive but totally worth it! The experience of taking the gondola up at night and then the snow cat ride to the restaurant was one of a kind. It was very well organized and our 8 year old birthday boy got to ride in the front of the cat with the very kind and interesting driver. The food was outstanding.
