I love love gorsuch café, but they changed the matcha to a horrible sweet powder that is no longer matcha. I used to love it as it was ceremonial matcha, I would understand the expensive price, but now it’s milk with sugar.

We were here on 11/30/25. The cafe is very nice, but the cashier and our barista (the girl) were rude and with such an attitude. The other staff members were nice and friendly. I asked for my drink to be extra hot and it was not even hot.

That feller Joel is great, super professional and really knows his stuff. Celenda too was accommodating and so knowledgeable. All around just a great crowd of folks working there to make create the best experience and atmosphere. Those fellas all deserve a raise.

Love the manager and the raspberry matcha. Great vibe, one of my favorite places to go.
I was disappointed coming here The people working here were distracted couldn't remember the orders. Got orders wrong. In our group they got one of the orders wrong and in the group after us they got an order wrong bad listeners. Think I might try out some other places while I'm here

I was reading other reviews and came across one talking about the lady with the red hair ,no surprise me too the lady was made mistakes multiple times without saying sorry about that or my mistake, she also never greeted me nor welcomed me in it felt like I was the problem for walking in, when I was ordering she added an extra thing and never gave me the refund when she said she would, people who are out there reading this make sure to check ur receipts. This was a very disappointing experience!

Great Vail atmosphere style Cafe. I found the coffee itself to be very good - actually served hot which I like. They also have freshly squeezed orange juice which was nice. Overall great Vail spot for coffee and just feeling the Vail spirit.
