Ice cream float with coke is ok but DO NOT order pistachio ice cream - it tastes like cherry and staff wasn’t helpful resolving the problem. We ended up just throwing it

Manager was very rude, didn't tell me that I had to order my coffee at a separate register. He then proceeded to talk about me when i ordered my food. The sign outside says they had an item but they wouldn't serve it. Don't come here. I would give them negative 5 stars if i could.

Have come here over the years for coffee, ice cream, etc. Do yourself a favor and avoid lunch time rush here. Staff is overwhelmed and doing their best to keep up. Recently came with a party of 6 and I ordered a pastrami sandwich. The sandwich arrived with most of the meat basically burnt and a black color tone. It is hard to mess up a pastrami sandwich. I took it back to the "deli" lead and the gent said "that is how it comes toasted". Tough one for a ~$20 sandwich. I didn't argue and just threw it away.

Nice and warm inside with GREAT hot sandwiches! The hot Italian is not to be missed! The potato salad was deliciously dilly and the Reuben authentic!

It's my new coffee spot. Hard working nice service and the prices are reasonable. Love the skiing videos on the TV. Even though it's a subterranean location, it's clean and has a good vibe. Definitely recommend!

Joes famous deli is an underrated place to eat in Vail. The food is excellent and the staff is super friendly. Every time I'm skiing in Vail, I always try to stop at joes for lunch. I would highly recommend it to visitors of Vail.

The employees were polite when I ordered but the breakfast plate was not edible and I just tossed it. Boiled potatoes, eggs...not even sure, looked like out if a bag. Breakfast isn't hard to do well, but Joe's managed to not do it well. My wife had the burrito and the black beans were canned and sausage old and rubbery but at least the eggs were over medium. Better options exist for your time and money.

THIS PLACE DOES NOT GET IT! They do not comprehend food sanitation at all. We witnessed the front counter person wearing gloves while, taking orders and payments, handing out dirty buzzers (which customers hold and carry around), cleaning the counter, cleaning equipment, and then...MAKING FOOD with the same dirty latex gloves! This place is consistently spreading germs (and probably cleaning chemicals). DISGUSTING! Needless to say, with the exception of one person in our group, everybody ordered food from to other restaurants at Pacific Fair. The one who did take the risk and order anyway was not impressed with the food. The sandwich slid apart and ended being a $16 pile of mayonnaise and meat and shredded ice berg lettuce on a piece of wax paper on a metal plate so he ended up picking up his meal in a pile with his bare hands (while the wax paper was sticking to each finger full of food).

The ice cream was good. I got the fried egg sandwich but it was a bagel and an egg and very dry. Even McDonalds does a better job than this and they are less than 20% of the price

Yummy sandwiches! Very chill for Vail. Perfect place to for food and kiddos (with the BEST height chair I’ve ever seen!), not for ambiance. Great Grab-n-go. The bread is a lil tough for kiddos but great for on-mountain backpacks.

Pricy but it is Vail, right? Not the best ice cream we had on this trip - not sure what their recipe includes for the 'home made' they advertise. The variety is there which caters to kiddos and quirky flavor cravers. One scoop is generous- two only for the strong.

I bought 2 bottles of water and was charged almost $40.00 for the two bottles of water. Shame on me as I did not look at my receipt. Please check your receipt when you purchase your food OR drinks.

Slow service and microwaved fatty meat Philly on very crumbly focaccia. Very disappointing. We were the only ones there so it’s not like they were busy.

For their sake, I hope it was just a bad batch. We stopped for ice cream on 7/31 and three of us ordered the Oreo Mint because it sounded great. We all ended up throwing it away. Again, I hope this was a one off, but quality control was lacking the day we visited.

Went in for a milkshake with my kids. The guy making the milkshake brought over the finished product and it was half full. I asked him why it was half full and he said "If you don't like it go somewhere else". This place is a rip off. Don't spend your money here!!!!
