Had an early dinner here with my wife while on our way to Vail. We each had chirashi and shared seaweed and cucumber salads. Everything was delicious - the fish, in particular, was of the highest quality. All in all it was a really good experience- we will certainly return next time we visit Vail.

The tuna sashimi was like butter, and those shrimp heads? So flavorful! The salmon and white fish sushi were super fresh too—each bite felt like a little ocean party in my mouth. The nigiri set (third pic) was on point. Eel, salmon, tuna, and that white fish—all perfectly seasoned rice, and the fish was so tender. You can tell they use top-notch ingredients here.
