My boyfriend and I absolutely love Joy Sushi! We come here pretty regularly. Spicy garlic edamame is phenomenal. We always do the salmon tempura and something else for balance. It’s a really cute spot and feels intimate at the same time. Very friendly servers. Highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was clean and relaxing—perfect for a casual dinner or a special night out. I especially recommend the CowBoy Roll —full of flavor and made with great quality ingredients. This is easily one of the best sushi spots around, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

It’s hard to want sushi at 8000 feet and a couple thousand miles from the sea but this place nails it. Chirashi bowl was fabulous and myfirst time having white tuna. Just lovely. Friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. Recommend.
