an epic location for après have fun drinking a spicy marg, eating chips and guac, and watching people tumble all the way down pepe’s face
grab some margs outside and you might get to watch some epic garage sails
Friendly staff. view and location was great. Food was ok. I’ve had better and I’ve had worse Mexican food. Expensive for what you’re getting but what isn’t overpriced in Vail.

Love manny and Annie best people ever
Great experience; we came in near closing time which, being in the industry I always hesitate to do but we had to due to a late schedule. Everyone was super accommodating, friendly, the food was great and so were the margaritas. The server said "no rush" and made us feel right at home. I would recommend anytime!
Food was good.
This is the better of the two Mexican restaurants in town. **I say again this is the BEST of the two Mexican options!**
Food would be great if it was just seasoned.

Great service! We ordered a 1/2 Liter of the Bunny margarita w/ a Grand Marnier float. We ordered the Trio of guacamole, beans, and queso which were SO GOOD! We love their salsa and ordered a side of jalapeños. We also ordered the Chorizo Fundido which arrived at our table not hot enough because the cheese had cooled enough where it wasn't soft or stringy melted. We ate it anyway but cut it with our knife and it was still really very tasty! My husband also had a crispy beef taco and he loved it! That said, next time we'll try the Nachos instead of the Fundido. We love Los Amigos and have been returning there for decades. Go there and have a great time!
Still am not getting my food and drink. The place is very dirty. Do not recommend!

Really cool spot with a nice outdoor area. Food was great and the service matched. I left my biz credit card on the table like a bigfatdumbstupid, and the owner saved the day by overnighting it to me so i could continue my travels. Huge props!!

The location is, of course, the main draw, and it is beautiful. The prices are expensive, which I expect for the area, but the portion sizes are also quite small. The food itself was noticeably below average for a Mexican place, with it leaning to bland. Service was not terrible but also not particularly attentive.
Unless you absolutely must have Mexican in Vail, I’d steer clear.

The main knock is the value for the price you pay. $95 for two even though we had some beer and wine is just ridiculous but all too common in vail. I would of order a margarita but that was like $14 for a 6 or 8 oz glass, no happy hours, waitress said welcome to vail <lol> $51 for fajitas for two of us, a lot more than we have to pay at home but yea yea we are on vacation.

It’s fine, the lady at the front desk is kind of crabby, would just try something else.

We had a variety of street food tacos (3) and a chili relleno. The sauces for the corn chips were very good, especially the cheese-jalapeño dip. And draft Pacifico beer and a classic margarita, yum. Note that the pricing is « resort scale » so for two people with tip and modest food and tip it was almost $100.
I've never had bad Mexican food until tonight. Red sauce in burrito and enchilada had a very strange spice like cinnamon- didn't eat it. Queso was cold, salsa poorly made and no spice. Service slow
Very nice place with a beautiful mountain view, plus the staff is very friendly, I ran out of battery and they let me charge my phone
I ate the roast beef, the portion was super good, the cheese dip was delicious
