Worst Chinese food in the valley!
I ordered the massaman curry with a side of white rice. First the rice was the most terrible thing, the curry had some kind a flavor to it. The rice tasted like they made the rice days ago, threw it in the microwave and mixed it in with the regular rice. It’s really hard to mess up rice. Then the curry, so much MSG, and it still tasted bad. My leg cramped up on the way to the car. $3.50 for a bottled soda. I can get it cheaper in Vail Village!

Food quality leaves some to be desired, the orange chicken and Tao’s chicken were pretty much the same, especially the sauces.

Really excellent food in a surprising location. Thai does not feel like a natural fit for Vail or for the location, but the food objectively very good. We’ve never had a bad meal here.
We ate here twice during our week in Vail. We returned because the food is tasty, plentiful, and made fresh.
The food is always great! Their hot and sour soup and sesame tofu are the best! The restaurant has been owned by the same family for 38 years and that really means something in Vail.
They have great lunch specials

I had an incredible dining experience at May Palace! The Mongolian beef was absolutely perfect—tender, flavorful, and coated in a rich, savory sauce with just the right amount of sweetness. The balance of flavors and the tenderness of the meat made every bite delicious.
Twice cooked pork was simply the best amazing Chinese food in Colorado
The Thai coconut curry was another standout dish. Creamy, fragrant, and packed with bold flavors, it had just the right level of spice and a velvety texture that made it impossible to stop eating. The combination of fresh vegetables and protein in the curry soaked up all the goodness of the sauce beautifully.
Beyond the food, the service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. Whether you’re craving classic Chinese dishes or something with a Thai twist, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
Do not eat here. We got food poisoning in the middle of our ski trip from eating here.
The hostess yelled at us when we had to switch tables. They also completely ignored us when we walked in. I don’t see anywhere in the customer service/hospitality manual where yelling at customers for no reason will ever be good business. Do NOT recommend.
