I do not come to McDonalds often but when I do for breakfast, it is amazing how badly the employees mess up my order. For the few times I have come to this McDonalds over the Walmart one, I have never had my food correct. And quite frankly, the employees fight with you if you try to get the correct order. Thanks for the mayonnaise on my breakfast sandwich, it was disgusting. Also thanks for the iced coffee that I ask for light cream and light syrup in and I get extra cream and extra sweetener. Quite pathetic. Imagine being so pathetic you cannot even make a McDonalds sandwich where the recipe is probably right in front of your face. That is sad.

Parking: Under reconstruction drive true was the only option
Wheelchair accessibility: We started to go inside but we're told drive through was or only option asked for water never received it ordered coffee received ice coffee order s sausage McMuffin plain hot one with cheese. Very disappointing . $ 7.00 for a sausage McMuffin that's ridiculous considering the bad service this place gave us!!!

Rating Fast food joints isn’t my MO but someone has to do it. Not all franchises are run the same. So the quality and accuracy of our favorite franchises vary greatly. This McDonalds hits every time. One of the best and consistent McDonalds I’ve been to. Albeit a bit pricier than most locations in America it’s well worth the quality.

They force you to use the kiosks, don't verify it's your order when they bring out drive thru food, and are rude to customers.
Took me and my wife 30 mins to get drive thru order cause they gave it to the car next to us. And then ignored me for 5 mins after I went inside cause they don't take orders at the counter.

WHAT A JOKE!!! We were forced to use the kiosk, and I had to re-do my order 3 times. I asked for help, and the lady just canceled my order and walked away. I honestly wasn't even sure what was going to arrive at the table because the kiosk didn't print out a receipt. Every customer who ordered at the kiosk was complaining, and customers from the drive-through were coming in complaining about their orders. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED!!! I did use the bathroom before getting back on the road, which was surprisingly clean. Coming out of the bathroom, the hallway is so narrow that I had to stop and wait for other customers to pass by so I could get through.
It’s a casual McDonald’s experience with a high price tag. They have a drive-thru which is nice because their service inside is mid.

The place was clean and the building is beautiful. But the chicken nuggets were way too over cooked and I didn't get my honey packet. It's easy to go ask, but it's the expectation to get what you ordered the first time.
