We ate ahi and grouper from the grill menu. Both were fresh, cooked exactly as they should be and excellent. The ahi came with several dipping sauces as well. The Brussels sprout/butternut squash side was well-spiced and added to the seafood mains. The server was prompt and helpful, without hovering. The wine list is good, and our Kumamoto oyster appetizer outstanding. The ambiance was warm and inviting. Very enjoyable evening.

I ate at this restaurant twice over 6 days. The seafood preparation is outstanding. I had a chef's special grouper that was delicious. I also had a grilled swordfish, also outstanding. On both occasions the wait staff was polite, attentive and friendly. It was an enjoyable experience, which is why I went back a second time.

Dec 2025 review. Things went downhill this time it's the kitchen The mixed grilled vegetables were completely uncooked and hard and my filet mignon was supposed to be medium rare and it was definitely rare see the picture. My son got a ribeye and it was cooked med but his problem was the vegetables were rock hard. I am going to reduce my ratings accordingly.

Previous 2024 review. One of the nicest restaurants in lionshead next to Vail. A tad pricey...
