This was our first dinner at Osaki’s. We enjoyed the omakase experience. Everything was delicious. The freshest sushi we have had in Vail area. This is definitely a hidden gem. We will be back. Thanks again to the chef.

Very personalized service in an intimate setting. Fresh fish directly from Japan. Great experience, will come here again. A little gem in the heart of vail village.

It is definitely the real Japanese food you are looking for. Especially in the middle of United States. We will definitely come back for ski season.

Hands down the best omakase I’ve had. We let the chef guide our experience and am really glad we did. Amazing, thank you!

This is an exceptional, Japanese owned sushi bar featuring top quality fish flown in regularly. It’s is like a fine sushi place you’d find in Tokyo. While prices are high, they aren’t much different from much less outstanding restaurants in the area.

Amazing service and sushi! The fish is some of the best and freshest tasting I have ever had, and the chef comes up to you throughout the meal to make sure you are enjoying it. And with only a few tables, the atmosphere is quiet and private. If you like sushi and want to try real wasabi, I could not recommend a better spot!

Must try sushi place if you’re in the Vail ski area. Sushi chefs were Japanese. The sushi literally melts in your mouth. Loved their spicy rolls - it wasn’t filled with those tempura bits other sushi place uses as fillers. The fish was so so fresh. I wouldn’t go anywhere else except this place next time I’m in Vail. The servers were also knowledgeable and kind.

200 dollars per person at least. No show is 200 per person.Food is good but makes nobu feel like a bargain (yeah, really).Only place in the world to tax after service charge (20% included).Tolerance for reservations is 5 minutes. If they need the table they’ll kick you out immediately.Since they have many customers they know -and REALLY make you feel like- they don’t care about your experience.Found a cockroach on the way to the restroom.
