I love this place. It captures the sushi experience perfectly.

There is no better place to take a date in Vail, it’s a lot of fun. Very thankful for the restaurant and everyone that works there.

I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER had this authentic, and high-quality of a sushi experience. I do not understand how they don’t have 5 stars. I don’t know if anyone else does this, but every now and again, I’ll have a meal that I cannot stop thinking about and I compare any future experiences with that type of food to that experience. Well, I will be doing that with this meal for a very long time!
I stumbled upon this place by happy accident, and they were so accommodating to myself and my family. Go check it out- you’ll be glad you did!

Most delicate fish busting in full ravenous flavors. Beautiful. Well done. Best sushi experience of Colorado.

Sushi omakase at Vail was just what was needed for the seafood fix. A small and intimate restaurant that feels homely while serving high-end sushi. The fish tasted fresh and came out in a timely fashion; not too fast and not too slowly.

We got the Osaki’s course menu that had all the options. And one of our party had a shellfish allergy and they were very accommodating with that and able to serve an altered course as well; brownie pointe to them!

I live in NYC and eat lots of sushi. I’ve eaten at most of the omakase places in NYC.

This place is ridiculously overpriced. It’s $350 for Chef’s omakase. Even the sushi rolls are $35.

The sushi was okay, but not worth $350. The place was tiny and the ambience was nothing special.

A Japanese experience in vail with great quality of food and really friendly staff. However prices are extremely high, to say the least. 400+ for 2 with 10 nigiri's and a sashimi.

We sat at the counter overlooking the chefs were very friendly and you could tell were well skilled. The restaurant was packed and we were fortunate to be able to get in without a reservation. I recommend you call well in advance of your staying in Vail.

This was our first dinner at Osaki’s. We enjoyed the omakase experience. Everything was delicious. The freshest sushi we have had in Vail area. This is definitely a hidden gem. We will be back. Thanks again to the chef.
