This was our first dinner at Osaki’s. We enjoyed the omakase experience. Everything was delicious. The freshest sushi we have had in Vail area. This is definitely a hidden gem. We will be back. Thanks again to the chef.
This is an exceptional, Japanese owned sushi bar featuring top quality fish flown in regularly. It’s is like a fine sushi place you’d find in Tokyo. While prices are high, they aren’t much different from much less outstanding restaurants in the area.

Amazing service and sushi! The fish is some of the best and freshest tasting I have ever had, and the chef comes up to you throughout the meal to make sure you are enjoying it. And with only a few tables, the atmosphere is quiet and private. If you like sushi and want to try real wasabi, I could not recommend a better spot!
