I have been fortunate to be served sushi at a lot of amazing places all over the world including Japan where I lived for a brief time. Oaskis is easily top three on my list. Sushi is always incredible. Specials are always just that, special. Service is incredible. Truly an authentic sushi experience from masters of this incredible culinary art.
If I could give 10/5 stars I would. Did the nigiri omakase and it was fabulous. It includes some starters (miso soup, salads, etc) and then the most luxurious fish followed by in my case a green tea mocha ice cream. I'm a huge salmon fan and even with no salmon I've never had such a great sushi experience. Small place too so the level of attention was great. I only took one picture the whole time because I was just reveling on each item.
I love this place. It captures the sushi experience perfectly.
There is no better place to take a date in Vail, it’s a lot of fun. Very thankful for the restaurant and everyone that works there.
