My husband and I recently stayed at the Highline hotel and decided to try Pivot62 for drinks and dinner. We ordered a pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. The standout feature for us was the service; both Rolando and Sergio were excellent servers, making our experience even more enjoyable. If you're in the area, I'd definitely recommend stopping by Pivot62 for a meal.

Rolando was amazing with his excellent good looks and customer service. The drinks he made were off the charts. The music and the atmosphere was family friendly. Great place to chill and talk about the ski experiences.

The worst service I've ever had. Very racist.. not towards me but towards my Hispanic girlfriend. We waited for 10 minutes and the bartender didn't even acknowledge us. Then another person that came after us was served before us. If it was "busy" we would totally understand if they had acknowledge us saying "hey sorry we are busy right now we'll be right with you." So we decided to go to our room and ordered. The pizza we got was terrible. Little Caesars is better. If you like over priced microwave food then this is the spot for you.

Also located inside the Highline/Double Tree Pivot 62 was my go to several nights of my 5 night stay. Siergio and Cassondra were absolutely the best ! Fantastic Redemption Rye Manhattan , one night was the chicken ceasar which was good , the tomato soup and grilled cheese was ofcourse a great pairing ( soup needed salt and pepper and I like a little spice in it too it was also room temperature) grilled cheese( jack and cheddar? was perfection! Last but certainly not least the prosciutto, fig, blue cheese, and arugula pizza was by far the best thing I had. It's convenient for hotel guests , killer service , solid food served till 10pm week days and 11pm weekends. Tell Siergio and Cassondra Big John sent you !

If you want more than one beer and any food in less than an hour, go somewhere else. I'm staying at the hotel and visited Pivot62 twice during our stay. Both times were over a three hour "experience", where we were able to order only three beers and an entree, since they forgot to ring in the appetizer. Don't get me wrong, the food was delicious, we had a cheese pizza and a burger, but the service was painfully slow.
The ambiance was beautiful! However when it came down to the food and service that's a whole different story. Sadly our bartender / server was just out right rude and unpleasant. We ordered a pizza, Brussels sprouts, wings and a grilled cheese with a tomato soup. The tomato soup was marinara sauce not soup, the meat pizza tasted like if a dominoes pizza wasn't fully cooked. Cool vibes poor food and service.
