Food was ok but with these wait times you may as well not bother. They need to hire at least 3 more people for the service to keep up with demand. Not a great look when there are more people leaving empty-handed than happy

Hands down best Espresso and Gelato café in Vail! The Affogato's are amazing and the Gelato and chocolate are quite delectable. Tucked in the corner of lionshead village near the water fountain. They have an outside patio you can relax on and enjoy the ambiance. Parking can range from but if you park at the main village east lot its only 10 bucks for a full day or 2 dollars an hour. You can walk over to lionhead and enjoy the trail along the river or you can take the free shuttle.

This place used to be good. Now the gelato tastes like trash and they stopped doing samples… ridiculous. If you look at all of the most recent reviews you will see that this place has gone down hill fast.

Gelato was ok- selection was nice but we found it to be icy and not like, well, gelato. The staff was mixed bag- one man there was nice but the woman working there was so rude and unfriendly We have found that deli ziosio in vail village is significantly better and much less expensive

This isn’t gelato. It’s ice cream. I had their chef special and it was part frozen ice. One small scoop was $10. I definitely won’t be going back as there are other options around.

First of all, there were no samples, and they overcharged me. Besides, it was their mistake they were supposed to refound and the charge again. The manager was super rude, same as the cashier girl. She talked to me so rude when I made a question about the refound. The manager just ignored me when I talked to him. Overpriced ice cream and not as good. I hope they refunded the charge they did by mistake.
Cake batter gelato tastes fermented, Oreo milk shake is watery, didn’t even have pistachio gelato as an option. very expensive.

One stuff ( with Asian Accent was super rude ) I put my plate on the counter tap.. she come over me and told me.. is this your plate, the garbage counter is there and she took it and threw it with anger wooaaa .. sorry I didn’t see it …then I called her and ignored me until and told her I am calling you… but she keep ignoring me and talk in Asian with another server girl… really bad customer service, rude in respectful… … expensive place and rude server…
