Gelato was amazing. I love the hot chocolate here. I would make this my regular coffee spot if I could. The atmosphere is great and the service is good. The only downside is that there is only one person running the front so occasionally a line occurs. I want to try everything here. Still quick service, I maybe had to wait 2 minutes for 2 Hot Chocolates, a warmed up chocolate croissant, and two 2 flavor cups of gelato. The flavors I got were Coconut, Caramel, Pineapple, and Strawberry, they were all amazing and I couldn’t finish my 2 flavor cup, they are very generous on the portions.

A really cute coffee, pastry and gelato shop. They also offer crepes and bagels and a few breakfast dishes. I dropped in early one morning before skiing for a coffee and a bagel and was very satisfied with both items. It's right in Lionshead, but a little out of sight. I don't think it's more than 200 feet from the lift though, which makes it a perfect spot to stop for a nosh on your way to the slopes!

Ordered breakfast sandwich and toasted bagel with butter. Not freshly made, egg was premade fake egg patty, not even fully warmed inside. Bagel didn't even come with good butter placed on it, came with packaged patty of butter. Very disappointed.
Rimini Gelato & Chocolate in Vail is a tasty adventure! Their gelato and chocolates are a flavor explosion, using top-notch ingredients. We were the first people there upon opening, we were told they weren't open for another 7 minutes, mind you the sign read open and door was unlocked. I was craving an egg sandwich.... Ugh! Total disappointment for Vail, for a bougie cafe, for a restaurant. The bread was cold, the cheese was non-existent, and the egg patties resembled McDonald's. A complete let down for $15 + tip = $19.

First, hours on Google were not updated. So I got there 10 minutes before closing (which, of course, I didn’t know). I understand that September may be a slow month, but it takes you 30 seconds to update information online.Second, I only wanted a hot chocolate and the lady REFUSED to make it because “she had already cleaned the espresso machine”.Where is the amazing customer service USA was famous for? Very rude!!! If you close at 7pm, it means you welcome customers until 7. And I understand all about wanting to go home, I have worked in hospitality before and we served customers even if they showed up 1 minute before closing.
