Enjoyed this local Mexican restaurant which is recommended in Minturn. Casual dining atmosphere and freshly made Mexican food. Had a pork carnitas burrito and it was delicious. Chips and salsa great too. They have many sauces to top your meal. Reasonable priced place with intimate seating.

Our shop is super close to this location of RMT. Their hot sauce is the best!! Every time we order, we also get chips and salsa. The portion is so large, there’s enough left over to put on eggs the next morning….and at least a few more meals. Also, if you’ve never eaten a torta, we highly recommend the ones from RMT.
LOVE THIS PLACE! Food is delicious, staff is awesome and accommodating, and atmosphere is fun. Highly recommend!
