Fantastic food here. When you finish your entire meal and decide to order a second round for dinner, you know it’s good. But when you end up eating your planned dinner on the way home—that’s when you know it’s fantastic.
Enjoyed this local Mexican restaurant which is recommended in Minturn. Casual dining atmosphere and freshly made Mexican food. Had a pork carnitas burrito and it was delicious. Chips and salsa great too. They have many sauces to top your meal. Reasonable priced place with intimate seating.

I had the carne asada quesadilla....oh my gosh sooo good. The meat was very flavorful and there was a lot in it. You should definitely give it a try.
The chips are fab.... homemade!
