Cool little place with delicious cocktails and food."wine-bar" isn't accurate, only had cocktails and they were all great. Food was simple but elevated and extremely well done. Would 1000% recommend this place and will be back.

Timmy & JD took such amazing care of us. They made our stressful travel day melt away. We absolutely loved the intimate, lowlit atmosphere & welcoming vibes. Make sure to start off with a dozen of sweet oysters from BC & warm up with our personal fav (recommended by staff) Moroccan Zaalouk. If you love whiskey try Buck nasty! We will be back soon—sad to go home!

After our stressful travels Timmy and JD made us feel right at home. All of their suggestions were wonderful & the cocktails were amazing!! Sad to go back home. We recommend the Moroccan Zaalouk & if you like whiskey try the buck nasty. Don't forget to start off with fresh, sweet oysters on the half shell!

Stopped by for dinner with it being in Vail Village - we ordered a couple things to share. Olives & Feta - Very tasty and the feta was super fresh Cóctel des Mariscos - Average, tortilla chips didn't go well (stale) Chana Masala - Underseasoned and underwhelming Would not recommend, especially given the price point of the restaurant. The service was also terrible; we sat at the bar and barely received service/check-ins.

We had an incredible meal at Root and Flower. Great wine, cocktails, and food. The staff was very personable and attentive. Looking forward to returning on our next visit.

Atmosphere is cool. The issue is the bartenders. Very misogynistic and very attentive to men. Maybe a cultural aspect but I as a female I sat with an empty glass for 15 minutes. The second my male significant other finished his drink, immediate attention. Female bartenders or something else definitely needed.

Great ambiance, drinks and food. The chef makes an incredible gluten free bread, and it was perfect for the mushrooms crostini!

Terrible bar. The liquor is watered down. The signature drinks are subpar. Find any other bar in Vail.Parking: No parking

A short walk from the Lodge at Vail, this tiny hole in the wall is a great find. The sign and entrance are barely noticeable from the promenade, but make no mistake: the flavors are huge and the meal was delicious. My server recommended the seafood ceviche with chips and it did not disappoint. This was followed by the braised mushrooms and steak skewer dishes which were both fantastic. I'll certainly be back.
