Great recommendation from previous reviews. Kids (6 and 10) loved their kids meals. Attentive staff and delicious food. Portions are huge. Just gutted we were so full we didn’t have room for pudding…will be back. Good value for places to eat in Vail.

Love their French toast for breakfast and their portobello ravioli for dinner :) great place in town with a local feel that has dancing, live music and plays! Love that there’s always something to do

The food is crunchy if you like fried okra that way. They said chicken wings are buffalo flavored not even close guess you have to get use to that kind of food.

Went dancing to 49s music! What a wonderful time! Great dance floor 🎶 I had a Sherman 75 - a riff on a French 75 with blueberry puree. Definitely recommend!!

Too bad, great food at great prices but I will not return to a restaurant that allows dogs to eat under the tables.

Definitely an eclectic vibe, but the food was good, the menu had some decent options and the prices felt reasonably fair for the area.

We’ve been to the Route 6 Cafe a number of times, primarily for breakfast, when we’re in the area, though not in several years. We always enjoyed the food and the friendly staff. But, this time, the food was substandard and the service was poor. Very surprisingly, given our past experiences here. We were with family visiting from out-of-state, and we’d been telling them how much we had always it here. Very disappointed!

Had a great lunch here! The gluten free selection such better than many of the places locally. We had the fish and chips. Hubby said you could not tell it was gluten free. Juicy and flavorful!

The GF food was phenomenal! Along with the service and atmosphere. Very laid back environment, very family oriented. We had several choices amongst 6 of us and everyone wanted to sample each other's food as all of it was great. The prices were extremely reasonable. Easy location off I-70, exit 169. Cannot say enough great about it and worth the drive from Denver.

Route 6 in Vail is an absolute gem! As someone who needs to eat gluten free, this place made my whole trip. They have incredible gluten free options! Gfree buns, wings, fried calamari and shrimp, fish and chips—all made in a dedicated gluten free fryer so there’s no worry about cross contamination. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We left full, happy, and already talking about our next visit. Highly recommend!

Really bad service. I had to ask to be helped and I was told that someone will be there soon. They don’t check in on your drink orders. Servers walk right passed you. Trust me go somewhere else
