Don’t get fooled by its name! We did not expect that having been able to have such authentic Chinese food at Vail. The owner and chef are so friendly and the foods are really warming and satisfying. Definitely worth another visit!

Over a 1 1/2 hour wait for a pickup order for delivery, customer service non existent, phone lines down so customers can’t cancel, this place is a scam, do not support these people, it’s over priced for for a really underpaid staff, with no care, only neglect. Wouldn’t recommend. Also business name has change multiple times, suggesting bad books in the background, would you eat at a place that has duct tape of the floor? Have you eating at a table with plastic utensils because they’re to lazy or cheap to have you eat of silverware?

TERRIBLE experience!!! Ordered takeout which said it would be 30 minutes for pickup, when we arrived to get our food, there were other people waiting over an hour for their food still. The place is completely disorganized, very dirty looking, terrible atmosphere and no one was helpful. Staff didn’t respond to our request to cancel the order and get a refund, rather they kept going back into the kitchen and continued to keep us waiting. We had to repeatedly request a refund until we were told to call Beyond Menu and they couldn’t do anything about it, the man was very rude. There was a large table of people seated in the restaurant discussing how terrible their food was. This place is a joke, warning to stay far away or be very disappointed!

this place was absolutely horrible. Saw on social media and had great reviews and pictures of delicious menu items. When we went they forgot to bring a dish, said there was no sushi even though we had just seen it be packed in an order, and there was hair in the food! when we asked for ice they said they didn’t have. save your money and time and don’t visit this place

The Thai food we had was amazing definitely a must visit. They have a wide variety of vegetarian options, and everything was very flavorful. This is the best Thai food I’ve had so far. Chef Daniel did an excellent job bringing out incredible flavors in every dish. Our server, Young, was very kind and took great care of us, especially with our vegetarian requests.
