The seating area was dirty. The staff were focused on their phones. The pressure to give a tip for little service a paper cup, a wooden stick and clear up after yourself is irritating.

This is a weird Starbucks; I don’t really know what the deal is but it is just odd. All the staff are in a bad mood, it doesn’t use the Starbucks app even though it advertises it, and they handle COVID like we’re still in March 2020. Also they have the bare minimum hours open. I work in a restaurant, and it is very clear to me that this Starbucks has all the symptoms of a place where the employees really aren’t treated well.I drive all the way from Lionshead to Avon for Starbucks. Sweetest people ever! Edwards is also great.

Visited this Starbucks on 11/28/21. Got yelled at for not wearing a mask before we were even up to the sign that asked to put one on. We quickly put masks on and apologized that we didn’t have them coming in. Ordered our coffee and tried to pay with a saved credit card on the Starbucks app. Was told they don’t accept that type of payment because they aren’t corporate. Fine, not a big deal. I then asked if I could scan to accumulate regular points using the barcode and was told that they don’t accept any kind of points accumulation because they aren’t actually Starbucks, but only Starbucks name owned and operated under Vail Resorts.I kindly pointed to the signs that they have throughout the store and on every table saying to get the app and accumulate points. A man, appearing to be the manager, tall with short blond/gray hair, instantly escalated the situation and raised his voice just below yelling. He said that he would just remove the signs if we didn’t like them. It’s not that we don’t like them, it’s that they promote something that you don’t offer!Pretty sure that’s false advertising!Why even be part of the Starbucks brand if you don’t offer the Starbucks perks and the friendly customer service reputation Starbucks is known for? Definitely won’t be back. Only reason for two stars over one is that the coffee was still good. Not worth it to be yelled at and act like their customers are an inconvenience.

Got yelled at for not wearing a mask first step into the door. I’m sure COVID can’t hurt the people sitting down not wearing masks. Took 25 min to check out with only 3 people in front of us. Cashier was slow on purpose. Pretty sure it’s to limit the seating issues caused by only having 4 or 5 tables.

I have never been treated so bad in an starbucks before.But everything happened because of the girl who took my order. I understand the confusion the baristas had. I order 4 Double Smoked Bacon bread. A hot chocolate and two cappuccinos.The confusion was in the two cappuccinos. The girl who took my order just put one cappuccino. When I ordered a Tall and a Grande.I wanted to know why they were so confuse about the other cappuccino until i realize that she did not hand me the receipt because she did not offered.When they give me the receipt I notice that she put only one cappuccino and that is why the baristas were so confused. They even spoke to me in Spanish and everything and I appreciated but the confusion was not because of the language it was because of the girl at the register.One of the baristas was so confused that they gave me the cup of a Grande with whip cream and cinnamon powder only no coffee and in my mind I’m just like, How are you going to give me a cup with whip cream and cinnamon powder only. But at the end I understood why.The my sister tried to ask for this cups of water that they usually give for free in all the Starbucks I have been before and the girl at the register says is .25 cents and said that my sister couldn’t pay with cash, that’s when my family loose the patience they have and we all just left.I thank the baristas for being patience and I feel like the register has to pay more attention and do the order correctly.

These are the most expensive drinks of all Starbucks anywhere. They don't accept cash, and wouldn't refund me when I decided not to get a $7 drink that is $4 at every other Starbucks.
