If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, this was the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had.

I ordered a venti Pumpkin Spice Latte, expecting a smooth and simple process. Instead, the ordering was confusing, and when my drink arrived, it was overly sweet, missing the pumpkin spice topping, and served with a flat lid rather than the correct dome lid for foam. When I requested the pumpkin spice topping, the barista took the drink, added an excessive amount of powder, and returned it without any acknowledgment or courtesy. The lack of professionalism and customer service was very disappointing. For a location in Vail, where guests expect a higher standard of service, this experience fell far below expectations. I would strongly recommend skipping this Starbucks or any Starbucks and instead support one of the many excellent local coffee shops in the area.

I ordered a Bacon Chedar and Egg Sandwich (the easiest) there was no one waiting and they gave me something else and I couldn't realize it until I got to work. Always remember to check what you receive. Everyone is distracted there.

So, i was doing a double instscsrt order last night 03/07/2023 @ about 10pm. This safeway closes at 11pm. So, I get k6 thi gs and head to the checkout, and the cashier is mad at me becasue I am shopping too late.. Yep, you read that right, angry because I shopped at 10 pm..

Davina is the worst employee. I asked for my pumpkin loaf not warmed up and she continuously ignored me. I repeated it numerous times and was still ignored. I then decided to turn to her coworker to ask for my loaf not warmed thinking that Davina couldn’t hear me. This is when Davina decided to make the following snarky comment to her coworker: “she only said it five times.” Bruh. I literally said it and she ignored me. She continuously death stared me and gave me rude glares. I am disgusted by the way this woman treated me and I can’t believe that she has a job that requires her to work with people when she is the least personable person I have encountered. If she has no patience she should not work at Starbucks.
