Subway workers never fail to disappoint. Worst employees who don't understand english and lack basic work ethics. YOU LIVE IN AMERICA, LEARN ENGLISH. We were trying to place order and these two women were making faces and gossiping about us. We were patiently trying to make them understand what we wanted but instead they were trying to make fun of us. Utterly disgusting. Maybe give your employees some employee training and teach them english.

They made my sandwich wrong. Which i had already paid for. They don't speak english and were unapologetic about their mistake. I ordered through the app and my stuff was made wrong.
I had to contact the owner Veronica, by going to someone who knows her number. The employees(probably illegals) would not divulge this information.
Stay away from this subway at all costs. 5 miles down the road is a subway in avon. I'd recommend going there.

I have officially stopped coming to this Subway due to poorly made sandwiches and terrible customer service. It’s been consistently terrible for years. Usually I come when the app offers bogo free foot longs. But two terrible sandwiches provided by unfriendly people isn’t worth my $10 anymore.

I know Subways are a franchise, this franchise owner is the worst. Store dirty inside, worker(s) there have no clue, and very cheap. I asked for spinach for my sandwich. I literally counted 10 leaves. I asked her if she could put some more, she pulled out 3 more pieces, and just rearranged them to look like more. Really!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE ever. Bread was moldy and stale. Sun chips had a rat opening. Directions of toasting bread was not completed. Yellow mustard and mayo was barely used, completely dry. If I could leave zero stars I would. Tried to call them but phone gets disconnected (door dash pick up order). This place needs to get a health department and safety check. They will not pass. And then needs to be SHUTDOWN immediately. Disgusting. Didn’t even get a picture of the hoagies because It was so disgusting

How do you even mess this up its all preselected in the app all they gotta do is read the print out and make the sandwich the high school kids at all the other subways can do it why can't the grown ass adults of this subway do it it's really not hard but I guess you get what u pay for cheap food= shit service and a half made right sandwich

Terrible customer service. No one looks at you, they don’t even respond to you when you ask questions. They just ignore you and talk amongst themselves. Definitely rude employees to the point where it was surprising.

This place is disgusting. The workers were rude and didn’t care at all about the food. It is super hot inside and food smelled spoiled and stale. The bread was literally old and stale the sandwich was so gross I took one bite spit it out and tossed it in the trash. Do not bring your money here. This Subway should go out of business. This place is comically disgusting.

Stopped by on my way to Denver with my daughter and they rushed us to the point that as I was paying the guy after me was basically on top of me and his sandwiches got mixed in with mine. My daughter got the wrong sandwich so I returned it and they had to remake it since the guy was long gone and then It was remade wrong ??♀️ at this point my daughter didn’t want to be a burden so she just ate it. The staff was visibly unhappy and seemed inconvenienced by having to deal with customers. I will say it was very hot in the restaurant like maybe their air conditioning was down so part of the low rating is on the higher ups for not keeping the place comfortable for their staff.
