Terrible customer service. No one looks at you, they don’t even respond to you when you ask questions. They just ignore you and talk amongst themselves. Definitely rude employees to the point where it was surprising.

This place is disgusting. The workers were rude and didn’t care at all about the food. It is super hot inside and food smelled spoiled and stale. The bread was literally old and stale the sandwich was so gross I took one bite spit it out and tossed it in the trash. Do not bring your money here. This Subway should go out of business. This place is comically disgusting.

Stopped by on my way to Denver with my daughter and they rushed us to the point that as I was paying the guy after me was basically on top of me and his sandwiches got mixed in with mine. My daughter got the wrong sandwich so I returned it and they had to remake it since the guy was long gone and then It was remade wrong ??♀️ at this point my daughter didn’t want to be a burden so she just ate it. The staff was visibly unhappy and seemed inconvenienced by having to deal with customers. I will say it was very hot in the restaurant like maybe their air conditioning was down so part of the low rating is on the higher ups for not keeping the place comfortable for their staff.

My family and I decided to eat subway after a really long day, walked in and they were in the back talking. We had to say “hello” for them to come out. I asked for a footlong boss and they asked me “what do u want on it”, it’s a menu item, you have a list to tell you. Another family walked in behind us, one of the workers, who was very rude, told them “we’re out.” after everything they wanted. For example, “can i get mozzarella cheese” “we’re out. “american?” “we’re out” etc. etc. To me the cherry on top was them saying “we’re out” when I just watched them make my sandwich with the exact same ingredients?
No sure whose idea up the corporate ladder for subway to start selling churros but these things are basically flavorless sticks of cardboard. Legitimately one of the most terrible semi-edible food items I have even paid USD for.

I ordered a footling sandwich and decided to make a meal out of it. It was made with attitude but I figured they weren’t having the best day. When it was time to pay I figured why not leave a 25% tip as it seemed like they were having a bad day. So I did, then the cashier left. I asked for a bag and she said that would cost me 19 cents extra. I mentioned I just paid and left a 25% tip $5 but she didn’t care and said I needed to pay if I wanted a bag. I would have liked to have known that on checking out not after. I had to juggle my food out of the store.

Food was alright though the sandwhich was made not that well, the customer service was terrible as she hardly acknowledged the customers apart from asking size, toasted and "what else" once. Didn't ask if i wanted a drink or sides, didnt tell me the total, and didnt even bother putting tape on the sandwhich!
