Me cambiaron la hora de reservación 2 veces Al llegar me dijeron que solo había lugar en la barra y el lugar estaba vacío, era cumpleaños de mi hijo y aún así no quisieron sentarnos en una mesa aún y cuando hice la reservación hace un mes, la hostess nos dio el peor trato y nos canceló la reservación

Food was tasty and came out really fast. However, the fondue casserole looked really old and used, you could see parts of the coating that had fallen through time. Hopefully we didn't eat heavy metals on the cheese. The casseroles probably need an upgrade soon. Service was friendly and helpful.

The manager sat us at a table right in the sun. He lied to us that the sun would only last 10mins, but the sun kept hitting us in our face for 2 hours. All of this even when there were many other tables available. Awful customer service.

Our recent visit to Swiss Chalet far exceeded our expectations. Amazing service from our lovely waitress Sigi, her recommendations for pre-dinner drinks and food were spot on. Make sure you try the schnapps cocktail. The food was delicious and serving sizes generous. The entire experience was so enjoyable we rebooked for dinner in a week’s time.
