As a reference to the person who sold me the bagel, I told him about his coffee and my country (CR). He mentioned his colleague was working at the farm where they produce coffee.
He gave compliments and was very kind and in a good mood- something unique.
I'm publishing an outstanding review since a 3-star rating is not deserved for this business.
Everything was superb ?. Hope they maintain a good pricing criteria as they do during fall season.

They are breaking Colorado state law. They to not accept cash. Colorado state law says company’s must accept united state currency unless for a security deposits. I tried to pay with a $20 bill s d they refused to take it saying? “We don’t take cash we don’t have a register. They were also out of ham and a bunch of other things. How can they break the law like this? They were kinda rude . No one welcomed us and we stood at the ordering computer for about 5 minutes with two employees in the front not one said hi, welcome or Will be right with you. There was a line of 5 people big de us too. The coffee isn’t good. Hazelnut latte

Really friendly service, best croissant i’ve had in ages - soft and buttery with crusty outside. Went in for one thing came out with three - just one of those places where everything looks good.

Threw out my $9 (small size!) matcha. Tasted like a premade mix with sugar in it, at or below Starbucks caliber. Wanted to try a new place, never again!

Food and drinks are average and this is the most overpriced coffee shop I’ve ever been to even by vail standards. The employees who run the shop also show an indifference and lack of care towards their jobs and towards their customers that it’s noticeable as soon as you step in. Location of the store is fantastic but do not come here unless you want to be disappointed.

I don’t envy any business owner trying to operate a “snob magnet” business like a coffee shop in snob capital of the world.

For us normal folks, we found the coffee to be really solid all around. Yes it’s expensive, but I can’t imagine what the rent and hourly wages are in a location like this, so I blame Vail more broadly for that than anything.

Also, wherever they source their gluten free pastries from…. The GF coffee cakes were unreal. Can’t really recommend the other pastry options because the freshness just isn’t there for a single donut that costs $5.

Ultimately, this serves the exact purpose it should serve - a highly convenient, walkable coffee option

The pastries were good but unfortunately the staff was less than friendly. Disappointing.

Awful. Worst mocha I’ve ever tasted and I threw it out. We all know you will pay Vail prices but I was hoping for a at least a good coffee.

Had a huge craving for matcha and didn’t know how if this place would satisfy it. Needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised, if you’re looking for good matcha in Vail, The Belle is your spot!

Avoid any of the scones. Had the blueberry scone and it was completely underbaked. Very expensive and really not worth the price. Paid $27 for a tea, coffee 1 scone, 1 donut. Totally overpriced and not worth it.

The Belle’s tasty food is matched by its friendly fun staff! I tried the açaí bowl &it was wonderful! Fresh berries, bananas, yogurt & granola with a chocolate drizzle :-). The next time I went for their Veggie B’fast burrito & it exceeded my expectations. Potatoes, beans, cheese, salsa. So so good. Highly recommend!
