Beware! I walked into this establishment and asked the cashier if they had cider, she said yes. I said great I’ll take a small. I made my purchase and left. A few minutes later I take a sip and realize the drink was spiked. She gave me hard cider. I do not drink for religious reasons. I have not had any alcohol in 8 years. I was very very disappointed to say the least. I gave the clerk zero reason to assume I was interested in spiked cider. I was in a bakery, not a bar for goodness sake. Further more, I was never asked for identification, a legal step that would have eliminated the confusion. I suggest the owners and management understand that such negligence is a liability. Educate your staff so they respect that not all adults are consuming alcohol and that it is against the law not to ID.

Their default is to give themselves a 10% tip (the server just tells you to "press that button"), and there's no option not to tip at all, which feels pretty cheesy. The food and drink options are decent, though. It's right near Lionhead, so convenient to that.

Staff was very friendly, cashier made an excellent recommendation for their Apple Strudel. Wow! I have been to quite a few of the top rated restaurants in Vail, and the pastries here are just top notch.

This place can’t cope with making hot food (ie microwaving a burrito). 30 min plus wait. The women making breakfast sandwiches etc completely overwhelmed with a few order. If you’re in a hurry give it a miss!

Nice little coffee shop to stop in and relax during a day of shopping or walking around the area. They have a nice selection pastries if you want a snack.

The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect!! They have an iPad in your room to make requests for ice, toiletries, reservations etc. We ordered ice just as we were about to check out. Our time was limited, and I called the front desk. The manager, Natalie, said she would personally bring it, and she did immediately!! The the valet parking staff was extra helpful. A couple of the guys had played the same golf courses we did, and they gave us extra knowledge of the. Joe Borawskl offered to make us a tee time at a strictly private course. A waitress at the Tavern told us about a nearby restaurant where we celebrated my birthday!! It was called Chophouse and was excellent. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was outstanding!! It had inside and outside seating which was very nice!!
