Been coming to this location for a few years now (as a property owner) and it’s really the best, but the new team has really pushed it to another level. Our server, Gavin, was beyond exceptional and made our night one to remember. It’s not often you find a person who cares as much about their customers (or the business) as he does. Can’t wait to run it back with him again this week!
The best kept secret in Vail! One of the only 2 true craft cocktail bars in the area, with an inviting and beautiful newly renovated bar.. What used to be Frost, inside the Sebastian hotel, is now a completely new experience at The Gambit! Sat at the bar and had an absolutely amazing time with live music and new cocktails, with the bartenders that were exciting to watch creating every drink and totally crushing it! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Vail. ??
