We visited this place for insta famous hot cocoa drink with a view of the snow covered trees and mountains and were awestruck to see this beautiful and cozy hotel in the middle of the snow covered mountains. We ordered The Hot cocoa with marshmallow, an Old fashioned whiskey and veggies loaded nachos. They have very limited options for vegetarians. The serve chips and wasabi covered edamame complimentary. This place was classy, elegant, cozy and you could spend hours there just sipping on your hot cocoa or a drink while enjoying the view. This place is a little overpriced but for the view I will visit this place again.

The cookie in the cast iron skillet was INCREDIBLE!!! It's almost more like a brownie with a ginormous helping of ice cream on top - crispy outside, gooey inside. Our good-eating party of 3 couldn't even finish it due to how big the serving is. This is absolutely a do-not-miss!

My best friend and I, Gia, went to Remedy Bar and also did whiskey tasting there. Our server/bartender was Chris, and he was amazing. He was so kind, and it was the best service we received in all of Vail! I can't say enough good things about him. He made our trip so much better, and we are forever grateful! He made sure we were taken care of and for the duration of our stay, he gave us the best service. Thank you so much Chris and Remedy Bar!

From the moment I stepped into The Remedy Bar, I knew I had found my go-to spot for the perfect aprés ski experience.Nestled in the heart of Vail, this charming spot offers more than just a warm welcome – it serves up the most amazing hot chocolate I've ever tasted. After a day on the slopes, there's nothing quite like indulging in a cup of their rich, velvety hot chocolate. Each sip is like a decadent treat for the senses, with just the right balance of sweetness and richness, it's the perfect way to unwind and warm up after a day of skiing. But the hot chocolate is just the beginning – the menu choices are fantastic and service here is exceptional, as you would expect from Four Seasons. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to cater to your needs. Whether you're craving a snack or simply want to relax and take in the atmosphere or view, they'll make sure you have everything you need for a memorable experience.Overall, The Remedy Bar has quickly become my favorite spot to unwind and indulge during ski season. With its incredible hot chocolate, impeccable service, and inviting ambiance, it's a must-visit for anyone looking to elevate their aprés experience

Positives: the waitresses were wonderful. They did their absolute best to be prompt, friendly, and accommodating. The skillet chocolate chip cookie was delicious!Negatives: the hostess and manager were awful, disorganized, and played favorites with guests- completely undermining the “waitlist” we were on for an hour and a half. We had a group of 7, so understandably it takes longer for us to get a table- not a problem, we’re fine waiting. However, we were “next up” for over half an hour and in that time they let an individual walk up and take a 4-top table for himself, and sat a walk-up party of 2 at a large table that could have easily fitted us. The manager came over and said he’d go check on the tables and come back- the next time we saw him he was bussing tables and never came to say anything else to us. We had called and asked about reservations that morning and they said they don’t take reservations, but after we’d been waiting forever we asked about just coming back the next day they said their reservations were full. (Apparently reservations are for certain people only? Not sure what the criteria is) They did not offer to separate our party or do anything at all to try and seat us, until we finally just stood at the hostess podium waiting. They then offered us an outdoor table (meant for 5, but it was no issue to move chairs out there) in 8° weather at night. We asked for blankets and they said they didn’t have any (it’s a high end hotel- if they cared, they could’ve gotten us blankets). There was an entire half of the bar with empty tables and chairs while we were sitting outside, and they only offered that to us after we’d finished our (cold) $22 hot chocolate and heard us discussing how awful the experience had been up to this point. When we finally left, there was a couple sitting at an 8-top table. It is clear they do not want people coming to their establishment if they don’t look like rich snobs. Make sure you dress the part if you want to get a table.Summary: grossly overpriced, snobby, awful hosting/ table management, waitlist is for appearances only, and the waitresses are stuck trying their best to make up for the awful hosting/management, over-hyped and overpriced hot chocolate.

This is where they sell Vail's viral hot chocolate, it's quite an experience, the place is incredible, it has a super nice view of the mountain along with its bonfires that provide heat, from the moment you arrive the service is extremely careful with everything, the food with super good presentation and excellent flavor, without a doubt a unique experience like the four seasons have... It is a place to visit more than once...

Very neat place! The hot chocolate experience was awesome & by far the best hot chocolate i’ve ever had. It’s very rich so, in our case, one cup was enough for 2 of us. We had to track down our server for our check and a couple of drinks, but overall was a great time.

Busy pretty much always, prepare to wait 20-90 min during apres hours. Their hot chocolate is famous for a reason! Also good cocktails and small bites.
