Overall had a fantastic experience at Chasing Rabbits. We went to the bar at the arcade where they have an amazing cocktail menu. Then the restaurant where the food was just amazing. And after that to the speakeasy to sip on more cocktails. We noticed that the restaurant and speakeasy could use a bit more server training but outside of that, had a wonderful time.
We couldn't have had a more experiential evening. The food recommendations were spot on, the speakeasy had great drinks with fun presentations, and despite the jerky DJ, the club was lively. This was hands down our most enjoyed dinning experience of our entire trip - mostly due to the front of the house manager.
Great food, service. Interesting rooms, experience too. Nice wine list. Victor and Mo offered great service and Jo and Anz offered detailed room by room tour to show us their excellent Rabbit model. Loved our visit.
