This place has an updated Nordic mid century vibe. Decor is crisp and inviting. Staff we had were all attentive when engaged with us. We found it a little hard once our server got busy but Augustin was great. The menu reads great and for the most part the flavors make the mark but there were some misses. We enjoyed the ceviche with the asparagus powder in the crackers- fun- and the shrimp in the garlic sauce. Salads were fresh and crisp. The pork chop had good flavor and the risotto...
The restaurant opens at 5pm. We weren’t allowed to be seated until the reservation at 5:15pm. The beef tartare and gnocchi appetizers were the table’s favorites. Bathrooms are confusing. At one point, I was directing people on where to go. Was offered a complimentary dessert, but never received one.
Our family had a great experience over the holidays. We made reservations online, were seated on time and experienced really great and professional service. We really liked the food, but I can see how some can find the menu to be limited. Finally, the design of the place is just fantastic, I was really impressed with the attention to detail and how everything flows together. I’d certainly go back, but without children.
