What a lovely spot for coffee! It’s right on the corner and easy to find. My husband and I got the Superfood Balls which were made with dates, sesame seeds, coconut and other stuff. Really yummy! The blueberry muffin was really good! We also enjoyed the Nitro Cold Brew and Vanilla Latte. Such a cute spot and I really want to try the strawberry cloud matcha! I saw the sign for it and wished I had ordered it.

Came for the avocado toast and stayed for the STRAWBERRY MATCHA CLOUD refreshing heaven of a drink!
It does normally come with whole milk and a ricotta top layer so if you're like me and cheese non-dairy you can simply ask for oat milk both in the body and the topping of the drink.
I don't identify as vegan but this drink can be made 100% vegan just by asking for it to be made non-dairy! Easy Peezy💖

Such a lovely cafe in vail. We had the winter soup and avocado toast and were both in love with our meals. Listen. If you are an avocado toast connoisseur, I am telling you, you HAVE to try their toast. It is insane. I’m still dreaming about it. Highly recommend this cafe if you’re in vail!
The drip coffee and americanos are amazing!! Loved the atmosphere, the staff is so kind and the space is dog friendly! Ate breakfast twice here, definitely order the potatoes!! We also had the breakfast burrito which was huge.

Honestly the worst cold brew I've had in my life. Incredibly sour, like the batch was full of live bacteria or something. Had I not taken it to go and only sipped it on the interstate I would've asked for my money back. Cute place though, if anything else is remotely drinkable it's probably worth visiting.

I stopped by Unravel Coffee after my run through Vail and loved the atmosphere. The coffee shop is right by a beautiful river, which adds to the charm, though it only offers indoor seating. The coffee was great, and the protein cookie was delicious. However, I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast burrito. It had fried tater tots instead of potatoes, which just didn’t match the high-end expectations I had for the place. It’s probably a personal preference, but I think it would have been much better with real potatoes. Overall, it was still a good experience!
