My friends received their food way before me. Seems odd to go to a restaurant with a group of 6, only to take turns eating meals. I know it’s a nice spot, along the running stream in the picturesque Vail Village, but eating a meal still means enjoying the evening together.
My Popeyes passion didn’t have pepperoni - as stated on the menu. Pizza ”Knight moves” was better. The pizza is not great overall.

I really wanted this place to be different and change my mind, but after about a dozen times being here, it’s held that mountain town service vibe we all know and hate that gives off the “if I don’t know you, I don’t care”.
Sure I don’t live in Vail, few can, but don’t treat me like anything I ask is an issue and present rudeness so extreme that I have to follow-up after my visit and warn others about it. ESPECIALLY when your food is so incredibly mid.

Pazzo's > Vendettas. I ordered what should have been the quickest and most basic item on the menu—two slices of cheese pizza. Instead, I waited 40 minutes (no exaggeration). After such a long wait, you'd expect hot, fresh slices. What I got was anything but. The pizza was hard, the cheese nearly burnt, and the crust was dry and flavorless—easily one of the worst slices I've ever had. Portnoy would have rate this a 2.4, and that’s being generous. Lesson learned: I won’t be coming back. And if you do decide to try this place, don’t pay until you get your food. I could have easily walked out 15 minutes after ordering, and honestly, I wish I had.
FYI, I ordered a similar thing at Pazzo's. Two slices of pizza out in 15 min, hot, fresh, delicious and they were just as busy.

1 star is very generous. Too bad Google doesn’t allow negative starts. We went with a group of 6 on a Monday night. No worker acknowledged that we even walked in. We walked over to the sign that says Hostess… still no one came. A CUSTOMER from the BAR came to us to inform us that no one would be coming and we had to place our order at the bar when we were ready. So… we sat down with some menus that we had to get ourselves from the hostess stand. Then out of nowhere a woman, I’m guessing who works there, appeared out of nowhere and snatched the menus off of our table and rudely exclaimed “These are our lunch menus!” Then she walked away. So then we went to the bar to place our order which then they gave us pitchers of water and cups that we had to fill ourselves. This is not a restaurant. It’s just one big bar. Just go flush your cash down the toilet. Cause that’s what we did. At least you won’t have to leave your house to do it!

Jacob is the one of the best bartenders I’ve ever came across. You’re in good hands if he’s taking care of you during your visit to the restaurant!! P.s. one of the best bars in town to go to.. it’s reasonably priced and adds that extra texture of comfort being one of the locals favorite… for a good reason

LOVE the place !! Great location, lots of fun. The bartender, the day I was in, preferred chatting with her friends instead of tend to customers. It was not busy. It was us at one end of the bar and her friends at the other. It was just not a good service day. We will be back ! Love the food and vibe !!!

We walked in and it was crowded, but luckily we got a table quickly, and outside too! I'm glad we were outside because it was quite warm inside. Our food was good, and while higher priced, it is what you would expect for Vail.

But worse off - absolutely RUDE and antagonizing behavior by the waitress. Shame!!
If you want your day to be ruined then come to this restaurant. Food was served cold and the service was RIDICULOUS !

Stopped in early afternoon hoping to grab an early dinner. They have their menus posted at the entrance but fail to reflect serving hours for lunch and dinner. The place was busy but not wildly. The host was very uninformed. The wait wasn’t terrible. The service after we sat was the main reason we wouldn’t go back. Katie was our server. We waited 10minutes just to be greeted and get waters. The menu hours weren’t explained when we were greeted so we tried to ask for food menus and not just the bar snack/pizza menus and the serve proceeded to say that’s all they were serving at the time. The pizza we ordered was delicious. I never got the drink I ordered and my husband was left without a refill throughout our meal. Needless to say, the service was pretty terrible.
