Wine list and baked brie were delicious. Bread and butter were delicious. Steak treats were good but got truffle fries and should've gotten regular fries. Service was a bit slow as they said they were overwhelmed and we're surprised at how many people came as it's off-season. Overall, we enjoyed it. 
My wife, my daughter and I dined here last night and I was thoroughly impressed. Everything we had was absolutely delicious, from the appetizers to the dessert, with each dish prepared perfectly and full of flavor. Our server was knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations and answering questions with ease, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We drove into Vail to meet friends at a midway point. A quick search revealed vintage to be one of the highest rated restaurants. I made a reservation for lunch, sitting outside on a spectacular afternoon. Immediately, the staff adjusted the umbrella for the sun, ask us if we wanted heaters on the other side and began the first of many many water refills.
