The Side Door Restaurant and Lounge offers a mixed dining experience according to recent reviews. Some customers found the cheeseburger to be good but lacking in toppings for the price. Others experienced delays in service, with food arriving lukewarm and drinks taking longer than expected. Despite these issues, the food quality was praised, especially the mushrooms, burger, and Reuben sandwich.
