We were the first order of the day and they did not make it right. Even the order stated no ketchup and there was on the burger. Whent back that afternoon after work told the manager Jose (he was the same one who took my order that morning)about it and he laughed in my face says it happens. Was not appropriate manager behavior.

The bathrooms were kinda gross the food was good though. And the staff was pleasant. You can always tell when someone is from corporate though they are overly friendly.

Fountain drink was flat and we brought it to the supervisors attention they merely pressed the drinking Fountain tab and said it's not. We proceeded to request that he tast it, he did reluctantly and still said its not. At this point it was our tastbuds against his. We lost as he turned and walked away. We paid for our order and walked away with out the drinks.
