Great local brewery with farm to table lite eats. I had the blue polenta (recommended by another reviewer) and it's truly excellent! Hubby got the pub burger with salad, spinach salad. He's equally impressed. His beer is the Black Bear Brown Ale. Tasty! Staff and vibes are friendly and welcoming. I should also mention that there are many vegan and veggie options as well as beef and lamb. Great little place!!
What a great eatery! We were in Waltzenberg for the first time and were totally charmed by it and the brewery. The interior is vibrant and has that Colorado vibe. We tried one of the brewery's red ales and a green chili beer, which were so good! The food was incredible and worth the wait. Stopping through on way to Denver and wanted real food. We had a GREAT locally sourced meal with local brown ale and green chili lentil soup, fresh hummus with veg, burgers, curry, and GREAT service!
