“It's been a while since I've had any green chile from Walsenburg. Moved away years ago, and although I make a pretty mean batch myself, this was about as good as it gets. I even had them freeze a couple quarts that I picked up the next day for my fridge in my semi. Lol“

“It’s really good food if you can catch them when they’re actually open. My only complaint would be their hours of operation. Not sure I’ve ever seen a restaurant open only 34 hours per week.“
