Bathrooms are gross. Trashcans are overflowing with diapers and pads. Urinal is broken.
The chicken is dry. The food is overpriced compared to other KFCs. A $5.19 spicy sandwich is $7.99 here.

We were driving through and stopped at this combined KFC and Taco Bell. We haven't eaten at KFC for years because we haven't been pleased with the quality or cleanliness of the restaurants. After eating at this KFC, we're done, period. Neither restroom had an operating hand dryer. Both rooms were dirty. It's clear that Yum Brands either doesn't care about cleanliness or they're not inspecting their restaurants. Don't stop

The soap dispenser was broken and on the floor in the bathroom. The blow dryer hand dryer did not work. How can employees wash their hands without per equipment? The chicken was not all that good and I think the fries were reheated

The only thing about the meal that reminded me of KFC at all was that it was chicken. Not the Colonels chicken but chicken. The chicken was way overcooked. It did not have the familiar seasoning that, no matter where in the US you get it, is in mistakable KFC. It was served in a styrocontainer not a signature box. The biscuit was closer to a hockey puck. IMHO corporate should immediately cancel this franchise. It is not even close to what anyone that has come to know and love about the brand would recognize. With that said the csr that took the order was pleasant and professional. I will also be sending an email to KFC corporate in case they miss this review. To the franchise owners you should be ashamed of what you are doing to the KFC brand at this location.

This place is flithy. Grease and oil stains all over the windows. Crumbs on every single seat. Tables were greasy and had crumbs. Fries were overcooked and we could literally taste the oil in them. Chicken was also a little overcooked, especially the wings. Flies played a big part of the atmosphere, they were everywhere.

Just literally ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they made me a chicken strip sandwich not even wtf I asked for and the food cold!! Never been disappointed with KFC till now!! Never again!!!

Read the rating. They deserve less $17 for the crap in the picture. Chicken sticks or crunch it all the way through drive hell. Their corporate office needs to do something about this restaurant. They know you are transient when you come in. To give you crap put you in a hurry on the highway. Don't use them. Call corporate office too. I'm going to.
