I stopped in to grab a salad. And these ladies were taking forever. I was waiting 20 minutes and there was only one person ahead of me. My blood sugar was really low and I needed something to eat. I have a baby that feeds on schedule and I had to get to my destination before his next feeding And these ladies were lollygagging. I will never spend my money here ever again. I don’t even know how this even got 3.8 stars.

I spoke with John the manager of Subway Restaurant and couldn’t believe how disrespectful and rude he was to me over a mistake that they had made. I want it to be clear that the young lady that answered my phone call was very professional and helpful and she offered me another sandwich to replace the one that I ordered that had absolutely no meat on it whatsoever. The Manager John decided that they were not going to honor the replacement due to problems from the past of not getting the orders right. It’s not my family’s fault that they can’t seem to make a sandwich right, It sounds like a staffing problem to me! I will never go there again and hopefully everyone that reads this post will get the word out . Hopefully enough to impact their business nobody deserves to be treated that way!

Sorry I can’t fuel ⛽️ here but the Loves ❤️ 55 miles north of here has fuel for .70 cents a gallon cheaper, at 150 gallons that’s $105 difference ?
Get clean spot. Open 24 hrs ! Ended up here at midnight almost in a snow storm was happy to get food and the 2 gentleman there making our 5 sandwiches were so polite respectful and fast. Even took there time to write on the labels which sandwich was which. They sandwiches were good and tasted fresh ! Would definitely come by if I in the area again.

I asked how much roast beef they put on a footlong now and she showed me a very thin piece that didn't barely cover her palm and said 4 pieces. What are these people thinking offering maybe half an ounce of meat, especially at the price of the sandwhich??? I refused and left.

We ate here recently and enjoyed the food. When we paid, I thought the receipt was a little high. I looked when we got to the table. They charged us for an extra sandwich. My husband went back to tell the cashier. At first, she tried to argue. He showed her where it was wrong. It took them a few minutes, but they corrected the mistake. I am sure it was an honest mistake. It interrupted our lunch a little, but things happen. The tables were clean. The staff was nice. It is a busy location, and this was right during lunch hour.

Aurora was fantastic and very helpful to the 2 people she was training even with a long line. She was very upbeat and positive to us and the other workers. Food was great also!

They don’t use a scale to weigh out the meat, thus making very skimpy sandwiches. This is a steak and cheese, with really no steak on it, get it together subway.
Food was great, Scott was great! New favorite subway. Had everything to make the new monster sandwich and quick and friendly ?
