I went in to purchase a Subway sandwich. First thing I did was ask if they had participated in the deal of 51 ft long and get the next foot long for a dollar. And they said no. And immediately they say all we have is steak and chickenp. Then there was only white bread. So I decided I don't want to go anywhere else to get food I'll have a steak and cheese. And they put cheddar cheese on it, it's supposed to be mozzarella. The toppings don't look all that great the salad being wilted spinach looking week add tomatoes not much better. The top that off after they pulled it out of the oven, a different staff member says oh that looks like crap let me make you another one and goes to throw the first sandwich away. That'll be the last time I purchased from the subway. I should have walked away.

Worst subway i have ever been too. Trainee blonde girl was so rude. My mom never been to subway and she was rude to my mom because she dont know how to order. We waited on a different person our 3rd order, expecting a person to help us out, so we waited for the shift leader and turn out to be the same rudeness, we ask if we start on the bread first, and he said i would guess so… bad place to eat specially on tourist people like us. Dont ever go here

Maybe teach your people not to mix old and new sauces at swap out rhe whole reason you swap out is because sauce has reached their hold time, and glove safety I had to tell the guy making my sandwich to switch out his gloves after he pushed down the.trash on his bar trash can with gloved hands and then he tried to touch My sandwich and finish Making it witnessed this on several sandwiches he made.
They need to speak up someone like me hard of hearing had a hard time hearing him because he was Mumbling and not even making eye contact. Lobby had no napkins and trash on the floor.. glass on subway counter was dirty with a multitude of finger prints booths had food debris on the back and also the walls definately could do better

Came in tired from a long drive it was late almost 1:00 a.m. was happy to see that they were even open was even happier when I was treated with amazing customer service by Matthew Salkeld. Been a long time since I had a Subway sandwich cuz I'm a cheap person I decided to splurge and couldn't have been happier he made me The most delicious sandwich I've had in a long time and it was coupled with a good attitude a clean restaurant and that means a lot to me. If every Subway had a Matthew like this working in it I would probably eat there more often Way to go I'll be back next time I come through for sure

I stopped in to grab a salad. And these ladies were taking forever. I was waiting 20 minutes and there was only one person ahead of me. My blood sugar was really low and I needed something to eat. I have a baby that feeds on schedule and I had to get to my destination before his next feeding And these ladies were lollygagging. I will never spend my money here ever again. I don’t even know how this even got 3.8 stars.

I spoke with John the manager of Subway Restaurant and couldn’t believe how disrespectful and rude he was to me over a mistake that they had made. I want it to be clear that the young lady that answered my phone call was very professional and helpful and she offered me another sandwich to replace the one that I ordered that had absolutely no meat on it whatsoever. The Manager John decided that they were not going to honor the replacement due to problems from the past of not getting the orders right. It’s not my family’s fault that they can’t seem to make a sandwich right, It sounds like a staffing problem to me! I will never go there again and hopefully everyone that reads this post will get the word out . Hopefully enough to impact their business nobody deserves to be treated that way!
