Bad experience we’ve tried this place a couple times and same disappointment on another day we went here yesterday at 9pm and the guy said that Taco Bell was closed and he said that they had no more chicken unless we wanted to make a chicken online they said they don’t close until 12 midnight the people here are rude as well as mess up your orders I know it’s fast food but this place takes it to an all new low don’t go here unless you wanna be upset and spend money for no reason this place will shut down soon o can tell

We stopped at the gas station next door and I decided to go over and get some tacos. The guy who took my order looked like he just rolled out of bed. He kept wiping his nose with his hands and then after he took my order he walked away from the cash register and picked his butt. Completely disgusted by this restaurant.

This lil' town of Walsenburg has a 2-in-1 restaurant Taco Bell/ KFC!! Wasn't so eager for salty big bucks fried chicken, the traditional fries and the new nacho fries was more of the choice meal! What's up with spicy sauces??!! Used to watch Food Network shows and wondered why Adam Richman would challenge himself to eating tons of spicy food!!?? Athlete foot/ odors that are polluting the air, can be deodrized using chili peppers fuming pungency!! Spicy actually was an air cleaner/ natural pesticide, instead of flavoring in food.

The guy taking orders was super rude and seemed very put out helping customers. Better to install touchscreen ordering. Maybe it's frustrating working so close to the freeway, but it's not cool to behave that way. No name tag either.

Bathroom is disgusting and there are signs on the doors that they are for paying customers only. Also, Taco Bell gift cards are NOT accepted here. Lobby tables and chairs could use an actual cleaning... pretty gross too. But the food tasted good🤷♂️

It was a mistake to buy food at this location. The “Taco Bell” menu items like burritos and chalupas had almost nothing in them, with little lettuce and almost no meat. The kitchen looked unclean. The restrooms were clogged, overflowing, and disgusting. I wish I had driven a bit further to find something else. Lesson learnt.

The Restaurant iand bathroom were absolutely filthy. The food was horrible. Just a little sliver of meat. Lettuce was very bad.. The health department should go and take a look. I will never return my suggest people to keep driving. Don’t waste your money there.

Horrible customer service. Management/ owners are very mean. They yell at people and don't make things right. Very dirty bathrooms and floors. I'm not one to make many negative reviews, however I felt compelled to make this review because the service and atmosphere was so poor.
Absolutely the worst Taco Bell / KFC I've ever been in. Chicken was old and stale. The taco bell items we got wasn't much better. The beef tasted like it had been reheated for days. I'll definitely never be back to this location.
