Refused to toast sandwiches or make foot long cookies at 7:10pm because they were close to closing (8pm). One employee had a poor attitude and microwaved my sandwich as an alternative to toasting but let it cook for 3 minutes which made it a near inedible block of rubber. We watched them serve at least 20 other customers who were all confused why a subway wouldn't turn a toaster on.

The young ladies that work here are usually pretty quick and on the ball. After talking to one of them, there seems to be some changes coming to the menu and selection options disappearing. I'm not sure how that will play out, but we shall see.

So going in I learn that the gas station attendants have to earn a certain percentage of donations to make a wish or the employees on that shift will end up in trouble to the point of getting fired!? How is that a donation? Shame on you for holding a charities income over the employees heads. It's not the employees fault or choice if someone wants to donate their money or not. I hope no employees face repercussions for this.

Just a reminder why Subway is just awful. Stopped here to get snacks and lunch before heading over Medano Pass and ordered a sandwich from the Subway section of the gas station.Staff friendly and quick, but the quality of Subway's product overall has gone down hill. I ordered a ham, turkey and Swiss/provolone on Italian herbs and cheese, with some veggies and sauce on top. There was way too much bread for the amount of ingredients added into the sandwich. I don't think adding 'fresh sliced' to Subway's menu/tag line will help business any. There are far better options for subs/sandwiches out there, its just unfortunate that Subway is the area's only quick sandwich shop.

It seems there always outta cookies and sometimes even certain meat. It's hit and miss on getting everything you always want. The subway app is terrible. Very hard to navigate and sometimes this doesn't work. I like the staff but it seems their support is below average.

It’s in a gas station. Employees don’t know the menu and how the sandwiches are made. I was told I couldn’t stand at the counter with my service dog, yet they have large glass barriers protecting the food. You can tell the employees hate their job.

This is about the best Subway I've been in so far. Not just a one time thing. Each & every time I've been at this Subway they have been consistently great all around from the taste of the food, as to the friendly & efficient manner with customers.

They are only getting one star because zero stars is not possible. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak as listed on the menu, no alterations. The cheese steak had minimal meat on it (not a huge issue) but it was smothered in mayonnaise, raw onions and peppers. Clearly no one from Subway has ever had a real Philly Cheese Steak. I detected no cheese, maybe because of the excessive amount of mayo. There should be ZERO mayonnaise on a Cheese steak! Anyway, it was a total waste of money. It's not like I had great expectations from Subway anyway but everything else in my podunk town was closed so I gave it a shot. A one and done.
