Any place that reminds me of my grandmother or great aunts is a winner! It is hard to find bakeries that aren't filled with overly crazy sweet items topped with just too much stuff, you definitely won't find that here. Sugar and Spice has been a delightful part of our trip. The baked goods are made fresh with real ingredients. We've stopped in twice for treats and the nice selection of jams, etc. The owner, Miss Naomi, is lovely and is a great ambassador for Westcliffe.

Was promptly and warmly greeted when I came in. Great selection of foods, both traditional bakery treats like muffins and donuts, but also breakfast options like egg sandwiches and quiche. I enjoyed all that I ordered, including the not so veggie quiche.
