I recently had a disappointing experience at Arby's that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the service was far from professional. A teenager working at the counter seemed completely disengaged and more interested in chatting on her headset than taking my order. This lack of attention not only wasted my time but also made me feel unvalued as a customer.

Employee at Drive thru window was wonderful on 10.24 around 930pm. But my food wasn't. Waited 3 min for fresh Mac n cheese bites which was wonderful. But I ordered a 9 piece buffalo wings and they were old and cold.

I went through the drive-thru and the employees here were very good. My order was perfect. I requested catch up and extra napkins and they were provided. Employees were friendly service was fast. I deducted a star for food because they took my potato cakes off the menu. Would love to see them come
