I wouldn't normally bother reviewing a fast food place, but I have to shout out the drive-through cashier, Susan. My dog and I have stopped by for dinner tonight ( 12/23/25 ) at 6:38 pm and the gentleman working at the drive through at the time listed above has exceeded my expectations with my experience of Arby’s. I really greatly feel welcomed and appreciative of the respect that the gentleman working the drive through had tonight. I didn’t catch his name but give that guy a raise!!
Great sandwiches but the problem is they don't wrap them correctly when they get in a hurry and then you get cheese sauce all over the inside of your bag so when you're reaching in to eat while you're driving you get cheese all over your hands and then they don't give you enough napkins maybe one or two and you're sitting there going okay this is a wonderful situation
