I got here at 9:20 pm. The kid was in a to close the store.
Pretty disgusting how a 15 year-old was scheduled to close by himself and robbed and now they took him off the schedule so pretty much firing him without telling him boy cut this establishment. We all have had children working their first job or we have children working their first job
Hello Neighbors! So, my 15-year-old son got robbed at gunpoint at his job at Baskin-Robbins. A week later they made him close all by himself. š I really can't believe this place. Someone else called in, and they left him all alone to close. If I were the manager, I would show up and help. Thank God his dad showed up and helped him while I was at the hospital with my daughter. Baskin-Robbins is an awful place with poor management. I told my son he needs to quit. I can't believe they would let a 15-year-old who just got robbed at gunpoint close by himself. And they wonder why people keep robbing this place. Anyways... thanks for letting me vent... I'm about to boycott Baskin-Robbins... lol.
Update: Hello again, Neighbors! The saga continues with Baskin-Robbins... So, I've called corporate, Department of Labor, and labor attorneys with all the suggestions I got from many of you. Thank you all, by the way! I have been waiting to receive a call from Millet Desserts, Inc., aka Marc Millet. My son was scheduled for July 5th for another closing shift. He opened the Homebase app, which is where he clocks in and out. He was removed from the schedule and from the group chat. He texted his manager, the same manager who had him close alone after getting robbed by gunpoint šš¤¦āāļøAnd this is what she has to say! DEFINITELY BOYCOTTING BASKIN-ROBBINS!!! PLEASE, NEIGHBORS, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!! š¤¬š
Absolutely disgraceful. This Baskin-Robbins location at Summit Square has been caught issuing bounced paychecks to teenage employees. Yes, you read that rightāhigh school kids worked real hours and were handed checks that literally bounced. Multiple teens came forward in a local FOX31 report, saying they were never properly paid for their work. One family even had to go to the bank three times before realizing their childās paycheck was worthless.
How does a national brand allow this? Wage theft is illegal, but apparently not beneath this location. Exploiting teenagers who are just trying to earn honest money is morally bankrupt and pathetic.
If you care about ethics, donāt spend a dollar here. This franchise needs to be held accountableāby the law and by the community. Baskin-Robbins should melt this kind of behavior out of their brand for good.
Employees say their paychecks are bouncing. Terrible ownership
My son and several other teenagers worked here and did not get paid. Paychecks bounced multiple times! The owner has not rectified the situation. They hire 15 year olds eager to work then donāt pay them. I would think twice about supporting this place.
This place has horrible owners. My teen daughter has had 4 payroll check bounce. Do not support a business that takes advantage of young teens. The owner has not responded to one email from me. And no one has answered the office line for over a month. Its despicable.

I ordered Uber eats and was told no sherbets were available. I was told I had to tell Uber eats. Uber said they confirmed I received my entire order. I didn't get the double scoop of Daquari ice as ordered. I connected with this store. Apparently they needy $9 more making it right. They will do nothing to help. The young man who I talked to offered to replace the missing ice cream but unfortunately he works when I do so I get nothing. The manager could easily confirm I didn't receive it and make it right, but they apparently need the $9 more. How horrible this store is. Out of products and don't care as long as you pay for it anyways.

I just went in it was 930pm they are literally only serving ice cream not cooking anything and when I asked about flavors I saw online the girl literally said what was there is what they had I completely understand but her customer service was trash she seemed like she did not want to be there

Went there last night and the employee was awesome. There's always about 20+ flavors (I usually just go for Jamoca) and there's a great choice of toppings like caramel and fudge.
Also, if you download the app, you can get rewards and a free scoop!

This location is not good. I got poor service when I tried going here a few weeks ago, and today I went by and they were not taking card payments. Nobody carries cash anymore.
