Crab cakes, fish n chips, fish tacos, fried shrimp basket, service ... all good. Not great. But I would again. If I lived there, would definitely appreciate the fresh seafood behind the counter.

We've been here several times and the food used to be good. The last two times execution has really dropped off. Oysters not shucked properly and bits of shells in them, 'whale chips' soft/undercooked and again when sent back. Gave feedback in house last time and no change, hoping feedback here will change training and execution (since in person clearly wasn't passed up the chain), this used to be a great restaurant

We bought 2 lobster tails that we were going to cook up for Christmas. Went to prepare, cracked the shell, both were black inside. Waste of money, threw both out. Wasn't taking a chance. Will not try again with this place

Crab cakes were great but oysters and lobster roll were mediocre at best.

My fiance and I went there last week for a date night. We had not gone out to eat at a restaurant in months so we were very excited, the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food on the other hand....I ordered the Island Beer Mussels and I'm not exaggerating when I say they were the smallest mussels I've ever seen in my life, they were half the size of my thumb if not smaller. The fries where served onto of a soup which made them mushy. The soup itself was not my favorite. This place is over priced for the quality of food you're getting, would not recommend

This place had been on top go list for at least couple years. Finally today was able to stop by and unfortunately have mixed feelings as much as wanted to like it more.

I ordered the ceviche of the Day, clam chowder and the almond Crusted hogfish.

The clam chowder was Amazing and probably one of the best I've had. It was better than the ones in SF. This one was very well balanced and tasted fresh while the portion was adequate it was so good could had bit more.

Next I had the fish which at first glance the portion just seemed much smaller than expected specially for its price. While the fish flavor was subtle and cooked perfectly with right amount of sauce wish the portion would have been bit larger by at least 25%. The fish was placed on top of rice and veggies the carrots were tiny center core carrots which is not intldicative of the price. The broccoli was overcooked.

The last item was the "ceviche of the day" which to be honest it would be better not on the menu. Bland flavor that was no fresh shrimp, was precooked frozen shrimp at least it seemed to due to being so bland and having no flavor. There was not an ounce of citrus. The portion was So tiny placed on top of a large lettuce leaf which at least was not shredded I to the ceviche. Instead of ordering ceviche you're better off with the chowder at half the price.

Kailey provided exceptional service. Food was prepped and served quickly. Fortunately the only meal that I assum was cooked upon order was cooked correctly. Service and timeliness was great but unfortunately as mentioned there were a few details with the quality of certain aspects.

Came in for date night with my husband and decided to sit at the bar. My husband asked the waitress if there were any specials and she said nope, just the Sunday oysters. We order our food, he got lobster roll and I just got crab. After we order we got our drinks and he notices a sign that said “Todays Specials”, the waitress specifically said nope they didn’t have specials. We received our food, his lobster roll was lacking lobster for the price we paid. My crab was waaayyy over cooked and salted. The shell was almost mushy and the crab meat was very difficult to get out. The service was nonexistent, she spoke to us a total of 3 times, to take the drink order, entree order, and to collect payment. Then over charged us on the bill.
The whole time we were there the three young, blonde ladies chatted about Christmas Shopping while we didn’t even get offered a drink refill or checked on at all.
We’ve been here plenty of times before with family and friends and left happy. This time definitely was lacking. At this point don’t think we’ll return due to poor service and poor quality of the food.
