Visited this restaurant for the first time and had a great experience. Food and service was perfect. Ordered oven baked salmon and house salad and was fresh and tasty. Love the menu there is so much to choose from. Burgers, pasta, salads, soup, pizza, wings, steak and more. Cant wait to try more things on the menu. It's also a brewery and lots of different beers to choose from. Will be visiting again real soon.

Service was fine, but we left without ordering. The glass cups for the water and our drink were disgustingly dirty.

The worst meal we’ve had at BJs. Sad because normally it’s much better. The mahi mahi tacos were disappointing. Even the server saw and brought out more slaw hoping to help. It had one small piece of fish. The souther fried chicken was overcooked and like jerky. Even the kickin chicken is overdone.

Overall, our experience was very good. Food was excellent, which is normal for BJ's. Our service was not so good, which is not uncommon for BJ's over my past few experiences.  Our server was responsible for many many tables. We rarely saw him. It was New Year's Day, and it's likely that the restaurant was shortstaffed. So, I don't have issue with our server as the lack of service was probably due to inadequate staffing. I'm glad we were not in a hurry. 

Some dishes came out hot....others were cold. With prices as they were you expect better quality food.

Great food, vibe, and service.

Surprisingly not loud inside despite it being crowded, so no yelling needed to hear your friends.

Had GF buns which made me happy and the server asked if I was celiac as there is cross contamination in the fries. This made me happy to know they really take dietary restrictions/issues seriously. Burger and fries is salty yumminess, perfect in all regards!!!

The service was extremely slow (10 minutes to be acknowledged), and the kitchen delivery was unacceptable (30 minutes for a simple order that arrived cold). Waste of time and money.

Post-Visit Follow-Up: I appreciate that management subsequently reached out to apologize and offer a full refund. However, I decided to decline the compensation. I want this review to remain fully transparent and independent of any financial offers, particularly because the restaurant's recent feedback shows a clear, negative trend that needs serious attention. Future customers should be aware of these ongoing issues.

The food is extremely overpriced and underwhelming! They were out of our original entree request so we ordered 4 side items , 2 beers, and 2 kids meal and the bill was $66. That is insane for what little food we received. The sides were extremely skimpy and lacked flavor. The server was nice but very spacey. They forgot items 3 different times and asked for them multiple times and still had to wait after asking. Will definitely not be back here again!

Paremsan crysted chicken had no sauce, jambalaya was dry like fried rice, scampi was drenched in oil, pizza was ... meh. Won't visit any time soon :(

Had Warren as a waiter. He was beyond amazing. He was so attentive and prepared. Best service I have had at a restaurant in a long time. In addition all the wait staff were so helpful and friendly. This type of environment really changes the game when going out to eat. Shout out to whoever is hiring these great people!!!
