Went out for a call/smoke during my meal. 30 piece, i think i was maybe 10 or 12 into my order when i went out. Bartender came out chasing after me with my bill, as if i was just leaving. Being caught off guard with an accusation like that was so embarrassing, i ended up paying and leaving 2/3 of my wings and the rest of my drink and went home to make a sandwich for dinner.
I've been going to Wingstop for years after a not so pleasant experience at a different BWW location, so i decided to try again and see if I'd like BWW.
Since it was Tuesday, and they advertise BOGO traditional wings of equal or less value on Tuesdays for orders of up to 15 wings, I asked for 30.
The deal was never even mentioned when i ordered, and obviously it wasn't going to be mentioned after being chased down to pay my bill being accused of not paying before leaving. Turns out the deal is only for carry out? After this i think i might end up going anywhere else moving forward, too many negative things happened in the last couple times i went. I'll be making wings at home tomorrow. At least there i won't be harassed.
Came for a meal with some teen boys. Food was very good, fast and wonderful service.
Our waitress, Kayla, was wonderful. She interacted with us, chatted, was very friendly and gave me a nice vibe. Every time I come here I am going to request Kayla to be my waitress. She delivered our food, and did not rush us at all. By the way, if you see the TouchTunes box on the wall in between the dinning and bar area, play a country song for this woman, she loves her country music. I suggest Lainey Wilson or Jelly roll.
In town for the Colorado Sparkler tournament, I ordered Buffalo Wild Wings for my family so we could enjoy a dinner together back at the hotel. When we got back, we realized the order was missing fries. I called the location and spoke with the Assistant Manager, who offered either a refund or told me I could return. I explained it would be a while before I could come back and asked if they could remake the entire order so we could still have a hot meal together as planned. He said they would but only if I brought back every single item from the original order.
I made the drive back, only to be met with zero acknowledgment. No greeting, no apology, nothing. They took the bag, disappeared for less than three minutes, and handed me the corrected order without a word. I checked it myself this time, and thankfully it was finally complete. When I asked for the corporate number, I was told to “look it up online” and then asked if there was a problem, as if none of this had been.
The complete lack of customer service, accountability, or even basic courtesy was extremely disappointing. What should’ve been a simple fix turned into a frustrating back-and-forth with no effort to make things right. Even the manager seemed indifferent, which made the experience feel even more dismissive and unprofessional. We were just trying to enjoy a family meal and instead, we got inconvenience, poor service, and zero care from the staff. Very disappointing.
Trash service and food was served cold
My girlfriend and I ate here last night and about an hour later we both had awful stomach aches and unpleasant experiences. We got food poisoning. How can I get my refund for this order?
This location is usually nice. It was busy when we went in and the host didn’t no where to sit us cause we had a small 7 month old In a stroller. I get that they may take room but don’t sit us right next to a large group of people that are also struggling for space. Also the food was brought out at different times which led to half the meal warm and the other half was cold 🥶.

Place is usually good, but I can’t order online anymore. “Place Order” is just greyed out whenever I try to order, and the staff didn’t even know. I tried on my phone and my desktop, so it’s hard to say it’s a me problem. Please fix your online ordering system.

Nick was super helpful with my order the other night! I made a takeout order at about 11:10pm and paid, but the confirmations said it would be ready the next day due to the restaurant closing in the next hour. I went in, and Nick handled it! He expedited my order, and then within the next 15 minutes I was happy and oh so full of delicious chicken! Highly recommend the Golden Fire sauce; its bussin'!!!

Service is very slow, doesnt make for a good lunch spot
Lost my 5 star review from a few months ago. Walk in they say 45 min wait. Pry 2-3 groups waiting to sit... ok no problem. Walk over by the dining and open tables everywhere... this place is going down the drain. Second time in 3 weeks issues at this place. Post a picture if I can.
**Edit** called in waited and it hung up. Called back and got ahold of someone then they put me on hold to never come back to the phone.
Just lost our service at this location for good. We will drive out of the way to go to another one. And will not order for delivery any more either.
