This location is usually nice. It was busy when we went in and the host didn’t no where to sit us cause we had a small 7 month old In a stroller. I get that they may take room but don’t sit us right next to a large group of people that are also struggling for space. Also the food was brought out at different times which led to half the meal warm and the other half was cold 🥶.

Place is usually good, but I can’t order online anymore. “Place Order” is just greyed out whenever I try to order, and the staff didn’t even know. I tried on my phone and my desktop, so it’s hard to say it’s a me problem. Please fix your online ordering system.

Nick was super helpful with my order the other night! I made a takeout order at about 11:10pm and paid, but the confirmations said it would be ready the next day due to the restaurant closing in the next hour. I went in, and Nick handled it! He expedited my order, and then within the next 15 minutes I was happy and oh so full of delicious chicken! Highly recommend the Golden Fire sauce; its bussin'!!!

Service is very slow, doesnt make for a good lunch spot

Lost my 5 star review from a few months ago. Walk in they say 45 min wait. Pry 2-3 groups waiting to sit... ok no problem. Walk over by the dining and open tables everywhere... this place is going down the drain. Second time in 3 weeks issues at this place. Post a picture if I can.
**Edit** called in waited and it hung up. Called back and got ahold of someone then they put me on hold to never come back to the phone.

Just lost our service at this location for good. We will drive out of the way to go to another one. And will not order for delivery any more either.

We stopped by around 5ish tonight wanting to get a beer and some food. When we first sat down, there was no bartender back there for the first few minutes. When she finally came back, she got our beers, set them down in front of us, and immediately ran back to the end of the bar to eat her Qdoba without asking if we wanted menus or food. We didn’t have another interaction with a bartender until we sat the card on the bar. He picked it up without saying a word, closed us out, thanked us and we left to go eat somewhere else.

Every time I come to this location the service is terrible.

Tonight I just went to pick up a Togo order there was no one upfront for service when I finally found someone I told them that I needed my to go order and then they literally did not say a single word to me while they checked me out or handed me my food.

I'm not someone who writes reviews ever but I've had so many bad everipences at this location I'm not driving home until I finish writing it because of how bizarre and terrible that experience just was.

If you order to go, be ready to wait for absolute ever for your food. I don't know what goes on where they can't pump food out but every time I've ordered to go I've waited at least 20 minutes past the time I was supposed to. And be sure to check your bags because they do forget any extra sauces and sides very often. Super frustrating, will drive farther to another location to avoid this headache
