My kid and I stopped in last night around 7pm to get dinner. Totally last minute decision since we haven't been to a BWW in years. The lady at the counter was AWESOME! She greeted us in such a warm and friendly manner. She was very patient and helpful as we placed our order. I wish I got her name. She made the whole transaction easy and we had great conversation. Our food had everything we ordered and tasted delicious! We'll be back again soon!

For a place called Buffalo Wild Wings, the buffalo flavoured wings are such a huge let down. Lacking flavour to the extreme. Spicy, but dry and no depth. On the other hand, the lemon pepper wings were super sweet. The only enjoyable bit of the meal was the crunchy celery :(

Out of burgers again

I’m a manager of 2 different grease monkeys so I know a thing or 2 about customer service and I get that’s a whole different work environment and aspect but personally walking in and grabbing my dinner tonight I’ll never be back to this location. Yea it may be clean but the rudeness and rolling eyes when it’s my first time in this particular location and all I said was my name and it’s pick up order…. The rudeness was not only uncalled for but not professional at all, and I know I spoke with the manager! Horrible experience in general!!!!!

Extremely rude staff disgusting behavior made eating any the establishment feel unsafe and unwelcome. Highly recommend to have the staff retrained.

I placed an order for pick up this evening at 10pm, the website states that the location is open until 11pm. I placed the order for ASAP pick up and it scheduled it for the next day at 11am. I do have tried calling the store multiple times only for my call not to be answered and I’m unable to cancel my order online or over the phone.

I ordered with uber eats. They drove my food around the city for almost 1h. I received a super cold food.
Please contact me for any offer of compensation.

Food is good as normal, but this is the 2nd time I've ordered a bottle of sauce and did not receive them. Called them to get my sauce cost refunded or the sauce sent out. But never heard back.
I tried to leave feedback per their response below, but I can't get past the location question as the location (7303 Federal Blvd, Westminster, CO 80030) is not showing up as a bww location.
