I've never been so disgusted in my life. I go to this location all the time so this is a bummer. I went to go pick up an order on 03/05/24 in the evening and saw one of the kitchen staff with super long hair without a hair net or tied up together. He wore a baseball cap though but this was not the major problem. THIS IS THE DISGUSTING PART: Another kitchen staff, a bald dude, was non chalantly just dipping his right index finger in a small boat full of like ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing and then proceeds to put his entire finger in his mouth and SUCKS IT DRY! Not only did he do it once, he did it THREE TIMES! As he continued to eat a French frie with his bare hand, he looked straight at me and didn't react to me catching him doing that...as if it was completely normal to lick and suck your finger while handling other people's food. The other guys in the kitchen were just talking to him like it was nothing shocking to see. Since noone appeared to care about food safety, I just turned around and walked out the door. I didn't even bother with my order. I ALREADY FILLED OUT A FORM ONLINE TO INFORM THEM ABOUT THIS. Your generic reply to reviews means nothing to a customer if there is no action plans to resolve issues. I will not be back.

Working hours are until 11:00pm, and I went to the place at 10:32pm and the employee said the place was closed. If the place closes early they should update their working hours sign as well. Bad experience! Not coming back...

This place is absolute trash. The employees are trash. The food is trash. Everything about it is garbage. I witnessed an employee hold the food from a delivery driver unless they hit confirm pick up in front of the guy. Unbelievable he literally pulled the bag of food away. Trash food trash employees stay away from this place.

I won’t come back in. I’ll just get chipotle.
