This is the second time i tried going to this location since its right by my home. Both times they were out of ingredients for advertised specials. The fries were lukewarm and the fish patty overcooked. No more for this location.

Staff is very nice and friendly. Feel bad leaving a bad review but our order was so messed up I feel I have to.
Ordered the new pickle fries, fried pickle whopper, mozzarella sticks and 3 other items. When we got home we realized the pickle fries weren't in the bag. Drove back and the staff member said he knew but forgot to offer me a replacement. Comped us some chicken fries and was apologetic. When we got home the 2nd time we realized there was no marinara for the mozzarella fries and the fried pickle whopper had no fried pickles on it(I guess because they were out and they forgot to tell us again). Pretty disappointing. Didn't feel like going a 3rd time so just lived with it.

Location NOT open at 8:47 am 9/23/2024. Another gentleman came to pick up his order he placed online and he never got his food! Could not speak to anyone pin America at corporate (they use over seas call center - I asked twice to speak with some in the US). No answer at the location locally.

I haven't been here in over a year, it was so bad. Thought, ok, maybe they've made crucial changes. Nope!! Still poorly managed and needs serious help. You can almost always guarantee they will forget something in your order. I'm thinking maybe it's the guys in the corporate office that can't figure out how to get some decent management into this place.

Not only do they forget items in your order, but when you order fiery chicken fries, theyll fill half of it with regular chicken fries, I assume because the employees are so LAZY and forget to have fiery fries ready.
