We walked in and were taken care of a friendly lady running both the drive thru and the front counter by herself during the early lunch rush this weekend. Since their touch screens were down she had to take care of both.
She was very fast and pleasantly took our order plus got it to us very quickly. The food was fresh, hot and exactly what we ordered.

the service here sucks. I sat in the drive thru for 10 mins waiting to have my order taken. I asked for help and was told they have a large online order so they couldn't take my order. I waited till the 2 cars behind me pulled out the I did also. they could have taken our orders and had us wait but instead they lost 3 customers. they dont like to take your order because that starts the timer. if they did you could see how slow there drive thru window actually. terrible

I was there on 10/30/25. I ordered a number 3 comco with a large Coca Cola in the drive thru. The lady did not listen to me when I ordred. She gave my my drink. I had to remind her to give me my food. She apologized, but was not mentally there. If she had listened to me when I ordered then she wouldn't have had to apologize. I mean my order was simple. I am not eating at Burger King again.

We alway go to this Burger King and the services todaywas not good...we waited a long time the guy that work there which was a young teenager saw us and even look at us 5 time and didn't attend to us we waited. It took so long that we left to eat somewhere else..this is the first time this happen. We will not be back at this Burger King.

The service is always half OK, but I’ve lived near this location for 10 years and we’ve always been allowed to use two coupons per visit. Dude tonight told me you can only use one coupon and I said is that new? And he said it’s always been that way. It’s NEVER been that way. We always get a family meal and a two chicken sandwich meal. I don’t appreciate being gaslit by machismo.
